Good value for money, clean and comfy
Pros:

Lovely clean modern bathroom, capsule beds were a good size and had a mirror etc inside which is handy

Cons:

The beds are sooooo squeaky, not bad if you have ear plugs

Definitely good value for money, good location
Pros:

Breakfast was great lots of variations, location aswell although it is at the end of the hill it is right near all the bars

Cons:

There wasn’t any storage space for suitcases in rooms, especially travelling with a ski bag. Beds were very hard and not the most comfortable. Got a little cold at night and there was only a thin blanket provided as a duvet.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war doch gut ausgestattet mit heißem und kaltem Essen und die Toilette/Dusche direkt in den Räumen.

Cons:

Sauberkeit, nachdem geputzt war ging ich direkt zum duschen. Das einzige was geputzt wurde, war das Waschbecken…
Die Betten sind nicht zu überhören, bei jeder Bewegung hört man das Bett knacken.
Das Personal ist immer irgendwo unterwegs, nie jemand an der Rezeption und freundlich ist anders

Good for short stay-clean, cheap, good location
Pros:

Good option for a shot stay. Shuttle buses available to mountain or a short walk to main part of town, clean, friendly people, reasonable prices and good breakfast

Cons:

Pods and rooms are small for all the ski gear and luggage

Basic accommodation at a decent price (for Niseko).
Pros:

It was pretty basic (more like a hostel to be honest) but as Niseko is an expensive place to stay, it was all I could afford and I had lowish expectations anyway. Staff were helpful and friendly although it would have helped tif I'd been a Chinese speaker! The free shuttle to the slopes in the morning was great though.

Cons:

The room was cold and as temperatures were controlled centrally there was nothing I could do to make it any warmer sp had to sleep with my clothes on and under BOTH duvets!
