Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted.

All in-house guests can enjoy our complimentary shuttle service to the following hospitals:
• Loh Guan Lye Hospital
• Adventist Hospital
• Island Hospital
• Northern Hospital
• Gleneagles Hospital

Shuttle Schedule
• Service Hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
• Last Shuttle Service to Hospital : 10:30am
* Final Shuttle Shuttle : 11:00am drop-off at Gurney Plaza

Maintenance work of the Vouk Hotel Suites, Penang will be carried out from 09:00 to 18:30.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This place was amazing, The location is within walking distance to Gurney plaza via the new beach path, the bus stop is accross the road to get to penang or gurney very easily.. The front desk were so helpful they even froze my icepack when I returned from the dentist,, Breakfast is amazing loads of seating and food options, egg station was on point and fast, The concergie on the door deserves a gold star and a pay rise, He was so helpful, kind and always smiling. was welcoming everytime you return to the hotel makes you fee at home Great roof pool was clean and not busy with kids which was a lovely change.

Room is clean but would be better if the air conditioner being look after. Location quite ok, there is a walk way link to Gurney Plaza, Gurney Paragon ......... As for b'fast need to do some improvement for the heating of food..... the food is not hot as it should but the variety is good.
