The traffic getting into the hotel during peak can be a bit of a hassle
Easy access from airport. Driver of the shuttle Harry Hammond was excellent. He helped me to switch from Palms Residential to Palms Airport City.
Breakfast was not as exhaustive as the previous Holiday Inn. More local choices would be good.

Overall, the place was clean and quite cozy, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I also liked the fact that they were extremely flexible in terms of booking and cancelation. 👍🏽
The bed only had one top cover which felt inadequate in terms of protection, because that cover looked like it hadn't been changed between guests. Also the room smelled like it hadn't been used for a very long time: the windows were shut and the air wasn't turned on before our arrival.
We found the bathroom in an unacceptable state. The toilet had literal filth in it. Despite the situation and three requests to change the room, the staff had no urgency. There was not even a manager on duty and this was 4:30 pm so not after hours. After 30 mins of waiting for our room to be changed we insisted on a refund and moved to another hotel. Be careful- the hotel may look updated from the outside but the staff have no interest.
