It was very good staff wise
Pros:

I thought the staff were amazing. My only issue was the room smelled a little dumpy.

Lindo hotel en Accra
Pros:

La habitación es muy cómoda, tiene todo lo necesario para un buen descanso. EL servicio de recogida y llevada al aeropuerto como también a puntos cercanos al hotel ayudó mucho. La gente de la recepción fue muy amable con todo lo que pedimos,.

Cons:

El desayuno fue muy escaso. Es un hotel chico y tal vez por eso no hay variedad. No avisan que hay que encender el calentador del agua caliente, que hay que descubrirlo.

Overall Pleasant Stay with a Few Areas for Improvement
Pros:

loved the welcome, the staff were super friendly, and the location was very good with easy access.

Cons:

I find that the menu prices at their restaurant are a bit excessive.
The shower cabin was not very clean. There were some blackish marks in the corners of the shower cabin (needs improvement/review).

Nice name but the worst hotel I've stayed in, considering the price paid.
Pros:

The location was good and the staff that worked there tried, but they were criminally understaffed. Food was average but they didn't have much stock of drinks.

Cons:

The place is dirty and old and criminally over charged. Much worse than an Airbnb and they do not seem to care about feedback and too eager to charge huge money for small services. The rooms smelled and the doors do not close properly, yet they charge extremely high prices.

The person at the reception also served food as a waitress and did lots of other jobs. Poor girl. Food and drinks took a very long time and you have to remind them to bring it.

The grass outside is overgrown and unkept. Tiny area.

On top of that added levies to my fee of items I got via calculator with no official receipt provided.

I was going to fight for them to reduce the extortionate fee for such a poor place but simply didn't have the energy to as it was my last night in Accra.

The front desk lady Ester went out of her way to assist me with all my requests.
Pros:

The hotel is very well positioned. The staff are so friendly and helpful

The traffic getting into the hotel during peak can be a bit of a hassle

Very good. Many kudos to Mr. Harry Hammond, the shuttle driver for going out of his way to help me.
Pros:

Easy access from airport. Driver of the shuttle Harry Hammond was excellent. He helped me to switch from Palms Residential to Palms Airport City.

Cons:

Breakfast was not as exhaustive as the previous Holiday Inn. More local choices would be good.
