The room was a good size.
I got food poisoning from the breakfast and had to go to hospital, I was violently sick. The restaurant was dreadful. Towels weren't changed, bath was filthy.
The building and facilities are old, no proper maintenance or time to time refurbishments.. the lift and common areas are too smelly because of bar..

I stayed with my entire family of 5 back in 2014.
Glad to see that they kept the convenience & comfort very close to the level they had.
I really like the ample lighting in washrooms, daily cleaning, the ironing board & iron.

Couldn't find anything else as likable.
There was only one staff member at the reception area. The hotel does not know what is meant by hospitality. A person aged 84 with my 75 year old spouse was at a place where you got only 'no' as an answer for any just requirement of yours. Drinking water supply, check out time etc (for a deluxe room) were for extortion; not to extend help for the guest.
With the stars they exhibit, I couldn't find any other managers other than the male receptionist who would listen to the guest's request. For the person there, everything is rigidly rule bound. Even in jails I understand things are not that bad. I do not want to come back to this place any more.

Location
When we have selected 2 kids in a room which cannot be accommodated in existing Queen size bed they where supposed to provide atleaset 1 extra bed. Instead charged us for extra bed saying you have booked online we cannot provide free of cost, if direct we would have provided. They dint even have breakfast included in price.
