Worth the stay and more
Pros:

Beautiful experience from an absolutely well-trained and friendly staff. The property was beautiful and my friends from outside SA were so happy with the experience. They want to come back, just because of the accommodation. The rooms are so generous, with everything you need and more. I love that there is a washer and dryer in the room, and a stove. There are plenty of restaurant choices within the property. I love places that showcase South African hospitality.

Cons:

Just one thing to consider: to inch closer to the world-class excellence of The Royal Portfolio and other properties like it, include a welcome basket with complimentary toiletries you already have access to anyway. This will prolong the memories made at your property for each guest who came through your doors, and they will think of coming back each time they use those toiletries, that room mist, etc.

Pros:

The hotel is great. Close to a shopping centre which is great because the room does allow for you to self cater(to an extent, there’s no pots!) the staff is fantastic, literally all of them, the porter, front desk, breakfast staff, all were such a pleasure. There’s also so much to do, more so in the warmer months I’d say. But overall great place.
