Amazing! Totally recommend this place if you want to Have a good time in Istambul.
Pros:

Everything was amazing! Adar , The Host. Was always in contact with me about everything. Such a nice man. The apartamento with two big rooms, comfy bed. Windows to the street which I love Cuz I like natural light. Very centric and close to the Taksim square. With a bunch of restaurants , bars and clubs. Metro station even a tranvía. I was so happy since I arrived. Totally recommend this place. With a living room. That couch was so comfy after hours of walking . There is a kitchen that I never use because I am on holidays an Turkish food is so good! Mainly of you Have many restaurant just in the same street. Thanks Adar! Great Job.

Please invest in flat cleaning and renovation,
Pros:

Location of the flat

Cons:

No AC in the flat except the bedroom
Furniture broken in the flat
Bathroom not clean
Bath towels not clean same for the bedsheets
The full flat needed a full deep cleaning along with the building !!

Grande déception sur le logement qui n'a pas répondu à nos attentes, sauf pour sa superficie

A l'arrivée nous n'avions pas le bon code pour la boite à clé. Nous avons dù attendre la réponse du propriétaire pour ouvrir la seconde BàC. Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pendant tout le séjour. Une fuite importante dans le ballon d'eau. Une personne est venue seulement voir ce qu'elle pouvait faire, sans outil à sa disposition. Nous avons pris RDV le lendemain par l'intermédiaire du propriétaire avec un dépanneur qui n'est jamais venu. Il y a une boite de nuit à deux entrées de celle de la résidence. De la musique à fond toute les nuits de 11H00 à 7H00 du matin. L'environnement est extrêmement bruyant. Les séchoirs à linge sont cassés.

Excellent location for a short stay city break
Pros:

Location is excellent, variety of shops and restaurants around, flat is in a quiet area, everything was excellent.

Cons:

There were not tea cups and probably it would be nice if a couple bottles of water are available in fridge on arrival.

Great location, but Apartment 4 with balcony really needs improvement.

If you’re staying just a night or two, this place might be okay — the location is fantastic. It’s in a vibrant area with tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and great transport links

On the plus side, the apartment has all the basic appliances, including a washing machine, which is helpful for longer stays. The hosts/managers were responsive and replied quickly to messages.

Cons:

I stayed there for over a week, and overall, it was not very comfortable. The apartment feels neglected and in need of repairs. The kettle worked, but its lid was broken. The kitchen faucet was loose, the shower head leaked, and the toilet also leaked, causing a constant puddle on the bathroom floor. Bed in the living room creaked terribly with every tiny movement, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

Also, keep in mind it’s a party neighborhood, so it can get quite noisy at night.

Fantastic location
Pros:

Location absolutely perfect. . Host was on point.

Cons:

Being so close to clubs means the whole place is vibrating with the base sounds till 6.30am. The non existence of a lift was the only major downside

Exceptional
Pros:

The location is perfect. Just few steps away from Istiklal street and few minutes walk to Taksim Square. The apartment is clean. The host is very helpful and responsive to every request.

Cons:

Our Apartment is on 2nd floor with narrow staircase. (No elevator). If you have a big & heavy luggage, this can be inconvenience. Check in at 2pm and check out time is at 10.30am.

The staff are very helpful and kind. The apartment is very nice and beautiful in a very lively area.
Pros:

It was near to TAKSIM square, and ISTIKLAL, and so easy to take metro, bus and taxi for going everywhere in Instanbul. The apartment was clean.

I would search something else next time
Pros:

The location itself is good, very close to the Taxim square and the city Center. Guest room is pretty nice and big. Remote checking.

Cons:

First of all - we were with 1 year baby and it was critical for us to be able to cook to him in the mornings and evenings, but kitchen stove was not working and it was disappointed. We contacted the host and he completely ignored us. Looks like they knew about the issue but do not want to fix. Second, it was very hot inside the bedroom there is only fan and no air conditioner. From opened bedroom window it went the smell of cigarettes, so we closed it and it was hard to fall asleep. Third, hair dryer is not working - only first 5 seconds, but it is already nothing compare to first 2 issues.

Good location and clean, spacious apartment in the heart of Taksim square
Pros:

The apartment is spacious, well decorated, comfortable, clean and in a good location for bars, shopping, restaurants and access to public transportation. It is on the third floor, accessed by stairs, and got a great breeze that is always blowing. There was no a/c but the host says he may get it. We were fine with the windows open and the fan. There are some night clubs below but the noise was well muffled when the windows were closed.
The host was very helpful, communicative and available to help us in any way. We would stay there again in the future. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

Cons:

Since there was a holiday, there was a lot of club noise through the whole night, until 5am. With the windows closed it was fine and the noise didn't affect our ability to sleep.
