Extra mattresses were old and had torn apart .
Really moudly fridge and bathroom sink was full of bits, pool wasn’t available which fine it was under maintained but also the gym you had to pay an additional fee I feel as all of this could of been disclosed prior to booking
Amazing. Top security and always friendly. Im british and they really was friendly to me and my Filipino partner and kids. Definitely would go back there.
Paying 100peso each to go in thr pool on the weekends and in the week only 2 of us was free. That was not good. But a part from that. We really loved it and would definitely stay there again.

The place is simple and clean. A value for money . Though I booked a bit late but the host is very responsive and sends you right away the check in instruction. The place is ideal for travelers like me who want to know more about the locals - its a Filipino start up community. I wish to stay longer but I have to follow my itinerary. Also, whats nice is you can cook with complete kitchen utensils. But 7/11 convenience store is open 24 hours inside the community.
Nice apartment with bathroom, small kitchen, fridge, table, bed and balcony, some restaurants and stores around, about 1h to the airport with public transport
