Pros:

Tornati per la seconda volta, esperienza sempre eccellente, ottima posizione per raggiungere le piste.

Cons:

Unica pecca l'assenza di parcheggio, comunque gestibile.

I would recommend this hotel for a skiing holiday with family

very nice hotel, friendly staff and comfortable and spacious room. the breakfast and the restaurant were really good. close to the Val Veny gondola and skyway

Location confort ai piedi del Monte Bianco
Pros:

Il personale è stato molto gentile, disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta, a partire dal direttore Carmine ai singoli camerieri.
La camera molto accogliente, molto pulita, comodissima location ai piedi del Monte Bianco.
Abbiamo cenate due sere presso il ristorante e anche questa esperienza è stata eccellente, piatti ben curati e saporiti.

Cons:

qualche varietà in più nella colazione, se proprio devo trovare qualche cavillo.

Posto meraviglioso con vista sul Monte Bianco
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, camera curata nei particolari.
Avevamo la camera n2 al primo piano, balconcino di legno affacciato sul ghiacciaio del Monte Bianco.
Colazione 10 e lode, salato, dolce, prodotti per celiaci, latte di ogni tipo.Raramente ho trovato colazioni a buffet così abbondanti e con ottimi prodotti per tutti i gusti.
Una sala comune meravigliosa con divani e camino.
Relax totale!
Personale gentilissimo!
A 5min a piedi dalla SkyWay.
C'è anche il ristorante che non abbiamo provato però.
A 5min di macchina da Courmayeur.

È stato tutto perfetto.

Pros:

Location davvero bella, letto comodo e scelta dei cuscini! Armosfera calda e piacevole, staff molto cordiale e disponibile, colazione davvero buona! Molto apprezzate le tisane e il caffè solubile in camera con il bollitore e le ciabatte :)
Nel complesso camera comoda e materasso comodo!

Disappointing
Pros:

Charming ambience, especially the common rooms exhibiting a typical atmosphere of a mountain lodge. Lovely sitting toom. Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Room was freezing - I slept fully clothed with a sweater with my wife using bathrobe and towels to warm her because there was only a very -thin bedspread and no blanket. Heater cut during night, only put back at 7 am and it takes a while to warm the freezing room. We tried a cup of hot coffee to warm ourselves but they only allowed for one cup per person (or two individual coffee packets total in the room)

Also at breakfast no hot drinks were offered. I had to go ask her for it. There were only two tables occupied.

We would rather pay more to have the basic comforts.

Soggiorno davvero eccellente! Al mio arrivo ho ricevuto un graditissimo upgrade della camera, che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. La stanza era curata nei dettagli e soprattutto impeccabilmente pulita. Balcone meraviglioso con una vista mozzafiato.
La colazione è stata una vera sorpresa: ampia scelta di prodotti freschi e di qualità, perfetta per iniziare la giornata al meglio. Ho apprezzato tantissimo anche l’attenzione verso le esigenze alimentari: quando ho segnalato una mia allergia legata a un succo presente, il personale si è subito attivato portandomene un altro “fuori menù”. Inoltre, ottima anche la varietà di opzioni disponibili per celiaci.
Un ringraziamento particolare va al personale, sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, capace di farti sentire davvero benvenuto.
Consiglio assolutamente questo hotel e non vedo l’ora di tornarci!
