Slow service
There was no breakfast , charged me more than what my booking says , the property is dirty , smelly and very old materials
Deborah and two male staff members are helpful, but they cannot make up for the terrible condition of this hotel. Avoid it completely.
This hotel is a complete nightmare. The rooms are filthy, smelly, and poorly maintained, with peeling walls, dirty bedsheets, and a damp, mouldy odour that never goes away. The AC doesn’t cool, the TV doesn’t work, and there’s no phone system, guests must walk down several flights of stairs to reach reception.
I am currently typing this review in total darkness due to a power outage that has lasted over an hour. At night, loud music blasts until early morning, while area boys smoke behind the hotel, and the smell of weed drifts into rooms. For the high prices, you get no comfort, no breakfast, no car wash, and no proper service.
I was disappointed with the whole experience. After booking from Booking.com, upon arrival at the hotel, I was told all rooms were fully booked - even while my reservation was active on the Booking app. Eventually I had to find another hotel that night.
The fact that I was disappointed. Had to send a complaint mail to Booking.com, and call the Manager of the hotel and explained my ordeal. He later took me to dilapidated security room if I could manage it. A room where the toilet lights are bad, AC isn't functioning, no fan! It was hust a mess..and that was around 2am.It was a frustrating experience. I will never recommend this Blue Moon Beach hotel to anyone.
