The property was somewhat acceptable and certainly for the price it was worth it I thought

Cons:

We had a bad incident on the property. There was a man banging on the door had already contacted your company. The next day we ended up not staying in the hotel. We checked out the first night. We went in there due to the disturbance from outside influence, we have not been reimbursed and I'm very disappointed because I am a loyal customer. I'm not sure if there was a police report, but the police were informed at the time of the incident on the premises and we left the hotel because we felt uncomfortable and the police did help us leave because we felt unsafe in the hotel that is the reality of what happened and we are still waiting for our reimbursement. It was a very uncomfortable sad situation for my daughters and myself. Yes, I was so disappointed. We are still recovering from the incident because it was quite traumatic to us even though nobody else seems to think it was that important the fact that we had to leave the hotel the same day we checked in and never returned. We should be fully reimbursed. Our safety was a risk they even had cameras there, so I'm not sure why they didn't see this person that was running around banging on peoples doors at the end of the day we felt uncomfortable staying there. I'm sure you wouldn't understand this if it was you.

Staff was good and supportive, and the place was clean.

Cons:

Breakfast was not good, there was only banana muffins for breakfast, which was not expected. Everyone was complaining about this. other locations have good breakfast options that are missing here.

First I want to thank Able for hearing me after explaining to him my horrible experience at the Super 8 located just behind this Days Inn. Abel thank you for also getting my refund approved and being willing to at least try and accommodate me. I apologize that I had to book using the booking app as per customer service representatives request. After booking unfortunately you were not able to accommodate me and I thank you for approving that refund to go back to my card.
