Lage sehr isoliert, man ist gezwungen im überteuerten Restaurant zu essen
Hotel direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen, daher sehr laut tagsüber und in der Nacht
Am Pool nur 4 Liegen die im Wasser stehen und keinen Sonnenschirm haben
Der Strand praktisch nicht existent, nur etwa 20m und das Meer voll von Steinen und Tang
Kreditkarten werden nicht akzeptiert
Es ist abzuraten, den sündhaft überteuerten Transport zu den Walhaien zu nehmen (3000PHP).Mit Bus kostet es 30 PHP(!)
The staff was very helpful, nice, they help with everything. The hotel was quiet, well-kept. The rooms were nice, modern, well-maintained, all the necessary equipment including the fridge was right in the rooms.
A big disappointment were the showers at the otherwise nice rooms and probably a limited choise of meals. There is worse access to the sea and overall the sea in the area is not entirely for swimming, no beach, etc. but we knew that in advance. We would probably appreciate some deck chairs around the pool (except for the 4 that are partially soaked in the pool), but given that there was almost no one in the Resort, we coped with it and it didn't limit us in any way.
The room was good for our group travelling. It was set out with two singles and a double bed. Breakfast was nice and the staff really tried to help us
Location is a bit far from anything, we had a driver so it wasn’t a problem but you would absolutely need some sort of transport.
Great seaside location, amazing snorkelling with clear water. We even saw turtles! Kids loved the pool and food was excellent too

The family room had a bathroom that wasn’t attached to the room but other then that it was a great place

Breakfast was very good, with a nice mix of Filipino dishes and some vegetarian options, so there was something for everyone. The resort is located in the first barangay of Oslob, but it is a perfect place if you want a staycation or a relaxing time after busy excursions with the whale sharks, waterfalls, and sardines.
The staff are friendly and the room was clean, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable!
weather! however, its not that we cant control. there were cancelled tours but we stayed longer though so it was relaxing!

-hotel policy states after 11pm is quiet hours, however, this was unregulated. All nights of our stay we had loud guests outside our room up until 1-2am being obnoxiously loud, hotel also plays karaoke after 11pm. We reported this to reception but unfortunately nothing was done so our sleep was very poor. The hotel is advertised as an upscale/boutique resort , however, the atmosphere more resembled a party hostel.
-general upkeep of property was poor
-location is in the middle of nowhere, luckily we were able to rent scooters from a nearby shop
-food was poor. Found plastic in our fries. Service was extremely slow during the night we dined at the hotel. Evening waiting staff were not proactive.
-some staff conduct was unprofessional e.g male chefs coming out and staring at people/laughing at people.
-no shower curtain so water leaks all over bathroom when showering
