Lovely modern hotel with a big pool.
Pros:

I perviously stayed in Blue Sotel Smart so I kinda knew what to expect and I wasnt dissapointed. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. Pool is big and good for swim. Walking distance to the beach is just about right to get your daily dose of healthy enough steps:)

Cons:

There is no rooftop as far as I am aware.

Pros:

Staff on reception were outstanding. Thank you Maya and Mook. The room was outstanding. Very modern, large, comfortable bed, great AC with lots of storage.

Cons:

The view from my room was terrible.....It looked straight into a block from The Ava Sea Hotel.

Pros:

Rooms, cafe, pool area are all lovely.
Very friendly staff.

Cons:

WiFi is really poor, kept having to switch to phone data to get anything to load.
Only 2 lifts which sometimes means you have to wait a while.

La situation géographique est au top.
Le checkin Checkout se fait rapidement

Cons:

L’hôtel est mal entretenu.
La chambre était sale à notre arrivée, et la salle de bain n’a jamais été entretenu correctement. Toilettes qui fuyait, baignoire, abîmé, pommeau de douche, dégoûtant.

Happy overall!
Pros:

Well-located, good staff, good room.

Cons:

Lack of privacy on the first room that was gave to us, which balcony's was by the pool, located right next to the corridor where everyone walks past, and people could see directly inside. But they changed us to a better one when we asked, so good one on the staff!

Great experience, would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Property was very clean & comfortable. It was very conveniently located to the beach and major restaurants/attractions. The pool was perfect for the warm afternoons. The staff were always ready to help and went out of their way to assist us in keeping the same room when we decided to add an extra night to our stay so we didnt have to pack up our stuff, we very much appreciated this!

Cons:

My only feedback would be that it’d be nice to be able to bring the pool towels up to the room so i could keep it wrapped around me when walking through the hotel, but this is a minor mention
