The staff were amazing and really helpful!
The food was delicious.
There was no shower gel, had to use hand soap in the shower.
The burnt candles in the lanterns could be changed to new ones for new customers. Most of them couldn’t be used at all anymore.

Fantastic view and location. Friendly staff. Good access to sauna and other optional activities. Food was excellent and the breakfast was both extremely tasty and very large. The bed was extremely comfortable.
A couple of missed points were a broken coffee machine and cracked coffee mugs as well as half-burned tea lights in the cupboard. Relatively minor but took the edge off the luxury feel.
