If you are looking for an extremely clean and fresh condo, this is a must.
Pros:

Location was great. Our condo was right at the waters edge, was not expecting that. Extremely clean. Everything seemed fresh, not old and worn out.

Pros:

Property was in a nice location and easy to access. The sound of the waves lapping at the shore was very relaxing. It was clean and well kept. Great for a family stay

The location was great. The view was great. The owner was great when called about issues.

The fact that it was on the third floor. It was advertised as a house not a condo. It would of been alot better had there been an elavator. And if it had stated that it was on the third floor.

We had a serious problem with the hot water supply in the bathrooms. We never felt like we had good hot shower for 4 days !

Great location and wonderful views from the balcony
Pros:

The location was excellent along with the views of the bay. The BBQ area was great for a few of out meals and the pool and hot tub were lovely after a ling day. The cooler to put food in was a wonderful addition. The air conditioning worked great!

Cons:

The primary bathroom air vent was completely dusty and gross. The toilet didn't work, but was fixed in a day by a handyman. It would have been nice to have some non-glass Tupperware to take out on trips.

Superb
Pros:

This is a great corner apartment with an ocean view! It was homey, and the hosts were very responsive if we needed anything. Good location! We did not use them, but grills and lots of outdoor seating if you wanted to stay in and cook out. Lots of people staying in the community were always out together in the evening eating dinner. If we stayed longer, it would have been another good amenity to use.

Cons:

We enjoyed our stay, nothing not to like.

Lovely condo with an oceanfront lanai. We enjoyed sitting outside on the lanai to enjoy the ocean breezes. Our host was very quick to respond to issues we had connecting to wifi.

Would definitely consider staying at Sea Village again in the future.
Pros:

The balcony overlooked the bay and the crashing surf was just amazing to listen to. The grounds were beautifully kept and were equipped with 4 large high end gas grills. Was a lovely Christmas trip for my family.

Cons:

The 2nd bedroom was very tight and hard to maneuver around the twin beds.

Perfect location makes for a perfect vacation…loved this condo!
Pros:

Perfect location near downtown Kona. 2 bedroom was perfect for our family of 3. Deck had great ocean view.

Cons:

Only minus would be climbing to 3rd floor…but that also meant no foot stomps coming from above us!
