Everything was good

There was no air-con and it was an uncomfortable sleep at night and even during the day it was too warm in the apartment . They gave us 2 fans but they were cheap and not much good

Right next to the train station. The train was Lipitor 3 metres from my window. The trains were not too noisy, but were an irritant.

The bar was a bit sterile feeling , we had to fetch our own drinks (that is , no table service) , it probably lacks atmosphere because it isn’t a city location , more of a tourist hotel .

No aircon on the unit

The rooms were clean but only to basic standard, while I was aware there is no Air Conditioning in the apartments and fans were provided but the room still did not reach below 29 degrees celsius even with blinds and curtains closed until sundown and then opened every door to try create breeze but this did not help much, I highly recommend some sort of cooling system even if it is a portable air conditioning system.

The kitchen is fully stocked but not dish cloths, tea towels or dish soap.

Zero USB or USB-C charging ports for a 2 year old property this is very poor planning, also we travel led with international travel adapters but these were useless due to design of plugs so connections could reach had to request from reception again international plugs would have been a better design choice for new building.

For the price of the property it’s lacking in Service offerings we were located a decent distance from reception and traveling with two older people we needed some assistance with luggage and I was told no porter service but to use a luggage trolley located on lower level and return once finished.

Overall as mentioned modern and central accommodation but I would not return based on facilities and the premium pricing, basic accommodation in all aspects.

The room was small, and the air conditioning controller was complicated to use. Thankfully, there was a window / door that we could open for fresh air.

There was also not enough information or clear directions provided at the front desk or in the room. For example, there was a tablet on the nightstand that I initially thought was an alarm clock because nothing explained its purpose.

The biggest disappointment was the bed. We requested a queen bed, but instead they pushed two twin beds together, each with separate sheets. As a result, my wife and I ended up separated by the gap between the beds by morning. When we mentioned the issue, the staff told us they could have moved us to another room if we had informed them earlier. It would have been helpful if this option had been offered proactively. A simple $150 bed connector would have made all the difference and turned two separate twin beds into a much more comfortable sleeping arrangement in the first place.

Too hot in the sun

أما الملاحظات، فأعتقد أن موظفي الاستقبال بحاجة إلى مزيد من التدريب في جانب خدمة الضيوف. لم أشعر بالترحيب عند الوصول، ولم يتم سؤالي عند المغادرة عن أي ملاحظات لتحسين الخدمة، كما لم يعرضوا أي مساعدة أو معلومات سياحية أثناء الإقامة. كما اكتشفت في آخر ليلة أن الفندق يوفر شققًا أيضًا، وأعتقد أنها قد تكون خيارًا أفضل للعائلات. ومن الأمور التي يجدر الانتباه لها أن الغرف المطلة على الساحة الخلفية المغلقة أكبر بشكل ملحوظ، وتقارب ضعف مساحة بعض الغرف المطلة على النهر والجبال، لذلك أنصح العائلات الكبيرة بالاستفسار عن مساحة الغرفة قبل الحجز، وليس الاكتفاء بنوع الإطلالة.

The main area for improvement is the front desk service. The reception staff did not seem particularly welcoming upon arrival, did not ask for feedback at check-out, and did not offer any tourist information or assistance during my stay. I also discovered on my last night that the hotel offers apartments, which may be a much better option for families. Another important point is that the rooms facing the enclosed rear courtyard are almost twice the size of some of the rooms facing the river and mountains. If you are traveling with a larger family, I would recommend paying close attention to the room size rather than choosing a room based only on the view.
