Pros:

This hotel is incredibly convenient, with the train station just outside the doorstep. It is located in the heart of Interlaken West. We had a room with a mountain view, and it was beautiful. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices.

Good location next to Interlaken West train station

Cons:

The rooms are too small, you could barely walk in the room, no shower gel provided, they put Hand Wash instead, no housekeeping in the evening, we wanted someone to come clean the floor because of the soil tha was stuck under the shoes, and they told us no, until we insisted to have the mop ourselves to do it ourselves, the mop had a very bad smell, towels were small, bed was funny because its actually two twin beds stuck together , its more like a hostel
