it’s a great place to stay!
Pros:

The location, the staff, the apartment, everything was perfect. The staff are so helpful, great service. They stored our luggage along with storing our food items in the cold room until it was time to check in. We were in an apartment on the second floor. No problem with train noise being right next to station. Would stay here again.

The best in Interlaken
Pros:

The location is the best ! I step out of the train ( interlaken west station ) and go inside the hotel just like that ! The room with a/c is super clean, quiet and comfortable . The breakfast is ok considering no much Halal options in the buffet but it has some . I definitely will book it again in any trip to Interlaken .

Great hotel, would stay again.
Pros:

Really clean and welcoming. Modern rooms, comfy beds and great shower. The breakfast was really good. Although located at a train station, there was no noise disturbance.

Cons:

The pillows in the rooms were too soft and very lumpy. The hotel kindly gave us additional pillows but this didn’t help and so did affect my quality of sleep. I also think it’s too expensive for what it is. I know Switzerland is pricey but I think this hotel was priced too high.

conveniently located, friendly, helpful staff, but the lack of air conditioning made it frustrating
Pros:

Amazing location – right near the main station, making travel and getting around very convenient

Very nice and friendly staff – helpful and approachable throughout our stay

Responsive service – staff promptly provided fans when we asked

Extra effort – they even brought us an additional fan when we requested one

Convenient for exploring – close to supermarkets, restaurants, and transport links

Good value for the location – ideal base for exploring Interlaken

Cons:

No air conditioning – the room was very hot during our 3-night stay, very frustrating

Reliance on fans – had to request fans to cope with the heat

One fan was not working properly – despite the staff's efforts, one of the fans provided was faulty

Discomfort at night – the heat made it difficult to rest comfortably

A fantastic stay with a beautiful room, stunning views, great breakfast and friendly staff.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Essential by Dorint Interlaken. The room was fantastic, very clean and comfortable, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The location was also great and made it very convenient for exploring Interlaken and the surrounding area.

The breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Interlaken.

Cons:

We loved everything about our stay. The only thing we wished for was having a gym or swimming pool at the hotel.

Keine Kästen, Laden zum Aufbewahren. Alles liegt, hängt frei herum. Trotz Aufforderung ist nur ein Sessel in unserem Doppelzimmer

Dos travesseiros dos quartos, de baixa espessura. Um hotel quer crescer não pode deixar este desconforto.

Excellent and will be remembered for many years to come. We would love to come back!!
Pros:

The apartment we stayed was very inviting, modern and spacious for a family of four with two children. The decor was neat, furnishings were clean and in excellent condition and comfortable. The views from the balcony were amazing.

Cons:

No air con was a bit of a struggle in the peak of summer and we felt the two fans that were provided were inadequate. It would have been better with two bigger pedestal fans. The other feedback would be to provide with a Chopping board in the kitchen. (at least in our kitchen, it wasn't there). Maybe this could have been fixed quite easily if we had reported it during our stay. Our bad, we didn't.
