Pros:

breakfast was good; room was clear

Cons:

Dinner was very bad; it looked like it was for vegetarians. For £22, honestly, that was very disappointing.

There was only one staff member at reception, even though a big number of arrivals was scheduled. The lift to the room was not working, so I had to lift my luggage on the stairs.

Good, no frills budget option with very nice staff.
Pros:

This is a budget option with everything you need for a night.
The staff were excellent and very friendly

Cons:

The coffee.
Also, it would be good to have a dinner option for one course only. I was told that there was a £22 set menu or nothing at all.

Quick to change my room when requested. Lift was not working, so I requested change

Cons:

Lift not working made it difficult to access Lapwing suite.
The rooms need an upgrade, toilets stained with blue toilet cleaner on seats and cover. Limited charger points
