Cons:

Me hospede pero las habitaciones estaban llenas de agua por las lluvias
Nos tocó unas camas que estaban mojadas cuando llegamos por la misma situación
Nos cambiaron de habitaciones pero fue incomodo por que todas las indicaciones para sacar las llaves fueron por celular, nadie nos atendió ni se presentó ayudar, todo fue por WhatsApp y yo junto con mi familia tuvimos que hacer todo.
Y para lo que cobran les falta mantenimiento y limpieza, hay mucho polvo en las habitaciones y los trastes, estufas es lo mismo

Excelente ubicación, personal amable, a trabajar en la limpieza y mantenimiento del lugar.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Lamentablemente el aseo general de la habitación es muy pobre; no quería ni destender la cama.
Lamentablemente me picaron pulgas, entiendo que los mismos viajeros las "llevan" y las dejan, pero siendo más autoexigentes con la limpieza pueden tener un mayor control sobre este tema.
El colchón de la cama era de muy pobre calidad y ya se encontraba deformado, tenía un importante hundimiento en uno de sus lados (el de más uso supongo).
