Someone got me mixed up with another guest and I didn't have my information when I arrived. This meant I could not get into the building, so I had to find new accommodations at 1:00 a.m. when I contacted the host about a couple of minor plumbing issues and to ask for a refund for that first night, they never responded. So I paid for one night when I didn't use the room and had to find and pay for a second room. I'd still advise staying here if you can't find a similar place for a similar price, as long as you are a good sport, just make sure you are on top of communication before arrival. Flight delays can happen.

Falta de ventilación en la cocina

Several things:
- No one answered the phone at the number provided at booking.com for contact.
- At my arrival i still didn't have the access code for the street main door. I had to contact someone that apparently is nowhere near around (probably in other country)
- There's nobody available for help.
- The light in the bathroom wasn't working.
- I got locked out in the balcony (close to midnight) because the door handle needs maintenance and is a bit loose, enough to activate the locking mechanism from inside by itself when I closed the door in order to prevent mosquitoes from getting inside, and I couldn't call anyone for help. I had to climb to the roof and onto the neighbors property, walk over a wall and climb down to the yard, in order not to stay locked out all night long, since there's no one around that can help. Luckily i didn't fall and hurt myself.
- Too many mosquitoes find their way inside the room though a ripped screen in the windows and the crack on te door that doesn't fully seal. The walls around the bed have too many dead mosquito marks from past guests.
- The room is way too hot and the fan is way too noisy. The remote control has no batteries.

Don't you dare reserving this property! The descriptions are very DECEIVING plus the following HORRIBLE experience I've met!

Owner/Mgr never responded for my request for support, even Assistant (from Argentina) not supportive! Long-term Renters in other 5-rooms very threatening! Very bad Kitchen smell & noise permeates the very warm rooms (no exhaust-system & bedroom doors do not have soundproofing). My room was very BARE with no window! Shower faucet do not close well, so shower-head leaks on the toilet floor, caused uncontrollable flooding. I cannot stand this situation - I left 2-days early to better place (full Apartment!) THRU PRICELINE.COM because Booking.com had even blocked my account for no apparent reason at all. My Legal counsel and my Bank credit-card company are investigating. Booking.com has redundantly asking for this case' information as of this writing!

Drinkable water or soap not provided, also the outside table was very dirty
