Location was excellent! Great destination to explore the CBD as well as iconic areas such as Lygon St, Carlton and Fitzroy. We were there for open day at Melbourne University, only 400 metres away. The staff were gorgeous - friendly, polite and they made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was incredible - our booking came with the continental and hot food package. ..fresh juices, fruit, pastries, yoghurt pots, chia puddings, cereals, cheeses, bread, etc as well as a curated hot breakfast menu. We loved our time. Thank you!
The only comment is that I find it difficult sleeping on feathered pillows. They don't support my neck enough, however my daughter didn't have any problems. I love my own pillow so it is probably just me 😁

The location is very convenient, though it is away from the city, it is easy to get to the city. There many trams that could take you to the city within 10min. The staff at the reception are all nice and cheery. One of the staff members, Sinali (if i remember correctly) was very helpful.

The room and bathroom are very clean, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is a 3-minute walk from the University of Melbourne and just beside the tram station.
