Pros:

Very clean, good internet, nice TV and the extra's compared to a hotel. Own kitchen, good fridge, many things available like at home.

The studio feel very comfortable, and I liked a lot, the easy way of check in and check out. For sure my new favourite place in Cebu City.

Highly recommended for solo traveller or for a couple looking for an overnight stay.
Pros:

ManuMo is in a great location. We loved it's proximity to supermarket, restaurants, laundromat etc. The thoughtfulness of the hosts with generous provisions of snacks, coffee and essentials.

Cons:

The little insects (which bit me) in the room and not sure where they were coming from given that we were in the 19th floor. The bed was not very comfortable for two people and the fitted sheets keeps on coming off. Lack of a detailed welcome instructions. For example, being new to Cebu and unfamiliar with the area, we used Google to try and locate the nearest laundromat which directed us to the left hand side of the building which had no footpath, over some open sewerage and so on. On our last day, we discovered that if we have turned right from the main entrance of Baseline Centre (note that Baseline Premier is at the back of the Centre and is not the same as Baseline Residence) the laundromat and all the nice cafes and restaurants are just there.
It was also very hot in the building and inside the lifts and it was a problem particularly when you are waiting for a lift (which can take ages) or inside the lift and it stops in several floors. Being on the 19th floor, it can be an uncomfortable ride.

Everything you need for your stay is supplied

Cons:

The lifts were a bit slow, they probably need twice as many for a building of this size.

Windows needed a clean to get the best of the view from 17th floor.

Amazing place in the heart of Cebu!
Pros:

Great location and they have all the amenities you would need in Cebu. You never have to leave your room!

Cons:

No overnight parking in the building but there are options nearby.
