The wellness center has limited admission and on-time reservations. Please note that the use of the swimming cap to access the outdoor pool and to the spa is mandatory.

Please note that small and medium-sized pets are welcome, as long as they are not aggressive or loud. Pets do not have access to the outdoor swimming pool area surrounding the lawn where umbrellas and sunbeds are placed and poolside, in the breakfast room, or to the SPA.

Pros:

Colazione Buonissima, vasta scelta di prodotti freschissimi. Anche gli spazi comuni dell'Hotel erano puliti e ben curati.

Cons:

Il percorso SPA Light comprendeva una piscina interna con acqua calda, idromassaggio e getti massaggianti, una vasca idromassaggio e, in un'altra area, la sauna. Intanto le stanze per la sauna dovevano essere due e invece una non funzionava, pertanto con l'affluenza di ospiti non ci è stato possibile farla. In ogni stanza invero, piccolissima, entravano giusto due persone per volta quindi già nel pomeriggio si era formata una consistente coda di persone. Per quanto riguarda la piscina interna tra la temperatura elevata ed il vapore la stanza era soffocante, non sono riuscita a resisterci più di un'oretta. Infine la camera, per il prezzo che ho pagato, è stata molto deludente. Intanto l'arredamento ricordava la camera di un Convento, mobili di legno di qualche anno fa, nessuna decorazione che rendesse la camera accogliente anzi. Lo spazio poi, limitatissimo. Apprezzato invece il bagno (anche se cieco) ed i prodotti messi a disposizione degli ospiti.

Val d'Orcia secondo me numero uno di tutta la Toscana
Pros:

sono rimasto MOLTO soddisfatto un attenzione e una cura dei clienti e relativo (animaletto) che davvero mi hanno reso entusiasta nel mio soggiorno... il ristorante è assolutamente all'altezza, il personale sempre cordiale e gentile nonchè disponibile.. assolutamente da consigliare....

Pros:

Abbiamo alloggiato il 28-29 Dicembre. La Struttura si è presentata molto accogliente, pulita, situata a pochi passi dal centro storico di San Quirico D’Orcia. Ottima anche la colazione, il ristorante adiacente e molto suggestiva la vista sulla Val D’Orcia (motivo della scelta del soggiorno).

Cons:

Considerato il prezzo di circa 250 euro a notte, che per la Val d’Orcia rientra in una fascia medio-alta, ci saremmo aspettati servizi più completi. Le televisioni erano datate e prive di smart TV. Inoltre, sarebbe stato opportuno includere nel costo del soggiorno anche l’accesso alle Grotte Etrusche, che invece prevedevano un supplemento di 40 euro a persona.

Wir waren 1 Nacht dort und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt . Von A bis Z das ganze personal sehr zuforkommend und freundlich . Das Frühstuck wie im Schlarafenland.Die Aussicht sehr schön. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Ritorno un anno dopo, esperienza sempre positiva.
Pros:

La struttura wellness è ben attrezzata, abbiamo ripetuto come lo scorso anno l'ottima esperienza delle Grotte Etrusche.
Abbiamo fatto un upgrade della camera, con la possibilità quindi della massima vicinanza alla piscina; una novità, molto gradita e consigliata. La posizione della camera è stata positiva anche per l'affaccio sul giardino e la vista sulle colline. Prima colazione abbondante.
