Bad
Pros:

The receptionist's behaviour was not right. To get water I had to call repeatedly. Did not give water at the time of check in. After that the hotel cancelled the booking. And he did not give the bill for the booking.

Cons:

Payment was taken saying that booking was cancelled but bill was not given by hotel
