This was our first and last time staying at an AC Hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was a little pricey, but was very convenient. The location was was within walking distance of shopping and a short drive to visit our family in the DMV.

Cons:

The baggage carts were terrible and not kept. The staff didn’t respond when we reported it. They were the same way when we were trying to check out. Too many elevators to get to our room. It was a struggle!!!

Pros:

The view was great.

Cons:

No amenities other than a courtyard, patio and fitness room. It felt very business-like. A lot of rooms for conferences. Nothing for relaxation.

Great location and rooms. But— bring lots of money for area meals and parking!
Pros:

Everything except morning breakfast buffet. Little worth the $18 per person price.

Cons:

Breakfast Buffet Expensive Price. Parking was $25 per 4 1/2 hr to 24 hr rate. Ridiculously costly.

Cons:

There were several issues that impacted my over all stay. The television not working properly, no hot water, the telephone did not work properly, the toilet roll was faulty and the paper was less than what’s to be expected for a hotel located at National Harbor. The breakfast was not at all desirable, yet it was not included and it was expensive. The computer located in the common area did not even work.
