Horrible experience

Cons:

I booked room for my daughters. My youngest daughter goes to check on a d they tell her she can't. My Babygirl calls me and said that my oldest daughter needed to be added to reservation so they could check in.so we added her My 38 year old daughter gets there and they still did not let them check in so no room and no refund of 282.80. Very disappointed in both companies.
