Pros:

The location is ok. Convenient to the south west side of BGC

Cons:

The roaches weren’t confined to the bathroom, the kitchen also has roaches, wifi was cut off during the stay due to bill unpaid, an old appliance broke and the owner is trying to charge us for a repair probably covered under her insurance. She later check out fee was very high @ 500p per hour.

Pros:

Very nice apartment . Excellent location , close to relaxation areas.
Very wonderful staff ; the security, receptionist and not forgetting the young man ( can't remember his name) , that led me to my apartment right . from the onset I booked the apartment, their response was very welcoming. Annie , always ready and available to make things comfortable for you. The apartment owner very soft spoken .
The friendly and welcoming nature of the staff can make one overstay his visa duration🤭
I strongly 💪 recommend these staff and apartment
