Excellent location and attentive staff, but a cosmetic makeover would make it perfect.
Pros:

The location and staff were excellent.

Cons:

It’s getting a bit long in the tooth and would benefit from a cosmetic renovation. For example, caulking repairs to our shower (obviously done multiple times) were sloppy and hodgepodge. Lucite railings in the lobby give a dated 1970s feeling. Despite this, we had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel.

Posizione strategica. disponibilità dello staff a soddisfare le richieste. ho apprezzato molto il fatto che abbiano aggiunto una notte aggiuntiva a mia richiesta

Cons:

Colazione indecente purtroppo. non attenta al senza glutine che oramai deve essere una costante per alberghi di alto livello. purtroppo ho trovato la colazione troppo turca e non attenta alle esigenze di un'ospitalità internazionale

Sehr nettes und zuverlässiges Personal, vor allem in den Bereichen Rezeption, Frühstück und Reinigung.
Außerdem super netter WhatsApp Kontakt vor Anreise mit Hilfe für alle Belangen (Flughafentransfer, besondere Wünsche usw.).

Bei allen Angelegenheiten vor Ort erhielt man stets exzellente Hilfe und Empfehlungen (z.B. Stadtplan, Touren, Aktivitäten...).

Excellent! Will definitely recommend and stay there again.
Pros:

Superb location! All main attractions were 5 mins away via walk. Sultanehmat metro station was just around the corner!
Hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. They even upgraded my room to a very comfy double bed alongside a single cus of children. Our bellboy actually walked with us to show where the closest grocery store was for milk and stuff.
Staff at the desk also very appropriately advised me about attractions and commute.
Breakfast was great with good variety especially turkish tea!

Friendly staff and fantastic hotel
Pros:

The location fantastic. What i liked most was the staff. The make sure, ask every day if everything is fine to improve. ALL members of staff are so nice. The restaurant is on the top floor, fantastic view.
Really thank you so much for treating us so well.
