Pros:

Läget var bra. En kvarts promenad till Alona beach och nära uteliv och restauranger.

Cons:

Bodde på Heartland i totalt åtta nätter. De sju första i juniorsviten och den sista natten i ett dubbelrum. Det första rummet var mögligt på hela väggar och det gick inte att byta rum för att det var fullbokat och vi kunde inte få pengarna tillbaka. Städningen var inte bra, kändes inte rent. Fick inte nya lakan en enda gång under hela veckan och lakanen blev bara mer sandiga efter vi begärt städning. Hittade kvarglömda grejer från tidigare gäster, som tandborste.

Pros:

Swimming pool - but it was so loud when we were there looks like there’s an overnight party.. was difficult to sleep and we waited til 11:00 hours hoping they will lessen the screaming but it didn’t happen.

Cons:

The facilities need renovation, specially the toilet/bathroom. When we arrived there’s a few hair in the sink and rust everywhere. We even asked for rug as we were not given one unfortunately - it’s difficult to find someone at the reception as no one is around most of the time :( Even when you ring the bell there’s no luck at all.

Cons:

These are not serviced rooms and apartments, in two weeks we never got our room cleaned. We washed our own towels and sheets because even. Asking for them was apparently an issue. We asked for additional chairs as we are a party of four, this was impossible so we took additional chairs from the pool area. Ever question to the receptionist seemed to be taken as an issue.
