Reservations made for our Residences for 3 nights or more will require a nonrefundable deposit. The Hotel will send a secure payment link to arrange payment.

Please note that all our bedding is hypoallergenic; there is no duck or down feather bedding at The Guardsman.

Bath is only available in some rooms in the Executive Double Room. Bath is available upon request and is subject to availability.

Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A central location to base in London
Pros:

It was in a good location for walking - very close to the tube - St James.
Staff were very friendly always.
Bed was super comfy!

Cons:

Air conditioning did not work well. Was on 18 degrees the entire time and it did not feel like that at all.
Very pokey room and bathroom. No ventilation in the bathroom.

Pros:

It’s a boutique hotel in the style of English club. Very nice design. Room was comfortable. Location is perfect.

Cons:

None. Just the taxi drivers have not recognize it by Name.

Wonderful and welcoming, a perfect location, great staff, and I recommend staying here.
Pros:

Location is perfect, the greeting drink was lovely, the common areas are welcoming and lovely. Had a late meal - grilled cheese and a salad and they were excellent and we were made to feel very welcome despite the late hour. But the best was the staff - helpful, kind, efficient, reliable. Absolutely excellent, especially the night manager on duty when we arrived and when we checked out at 5:50 am (her first name is Nay, not sure of her last name - possibly Ohi or Ani; she was super helpful).

Cons:

The only thing I can think of (because really, our stay was great) is that the the in-room tea wasn't replenished (we drank tea on our first morning and would have had tea on our second morning as well but the tea had not been replenished).

Pros:

Decor and clean, room was amazing and bed extremely comfortable! Staff was very helpful as well.. location was ideal..!
