Reservations made for our Residences for 3 nights or more, a nonrefundable deposit will be required. The Hotel will send a secure payment link to arrange payment.

Please note that all our bedding is hypo-allergenic, there is no duck or down/ feather bedding at The Guardsman.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

This hotel is in a great location and the staff were very nice.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was super friendly. They worked with me in getting checked in earlier.

Cons:

Even though it was a bit warm and I asked the staff to check the air conditioning, it didn't seem like they did much and it was still warm.

Adequate but not 5 star and definitely not 5 star service

Nice decor and clean

Cons:

Service was dreadful, we were waiting in the bar for 20 minutes trying to get someone’s attention to pay our bill, gave up and told reception. No apology for the inconvenience just added the charge to our room
Arrived back at the hotel for 10:30, no staff to be seen, all facilities were closed.
Found a night porter eventually who reluctantly got us some refreshments
This is not a 5 star hotel

Apart from breakfast it was a nice place to stay
Pros:

The rooms were done to a high standard and quality and the reception area just screams quality

Cons:

The only fault was the breakfast / traditional English breakfast?? They was no toast/bread no black pudding , the beans / tomatoes very very small portions, no choice of cereal and for £24 each not worth it

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans la suite "The Horsbrugh" avec ma mère. Il s'agissait d'une suite très agréable, calme, avec des équipements complets dans les salles de bain. Les lits étaient très confortables.
Concernant le personnel, ce dernier était très professionnel et à notre écoute.
L'hôtel est très bien situé permettant de se rendre aux différents points d'intérêts les plus célèbres de Londres rapidement.
Je séjournerai de nouveau dans cet hôtel avec grand plaisir.

Pros:

Идеальное расположение отеля, рядом есть хорошие ресторанчики для завтраков/ужинов. Основные достопримечательности совсем близко. Номера чистые и комфортные.

Cons:

1. Номер очень маленький, шкаф для одежды тоже. Нам было сложно разместить все наши вещи.
2. Согласно условиям бронирования, проживание было полностью оплачено заранее при бронировании. Однако при заселении нас отказались размещать без оплаты депозита.
Наша банковская карта по какой-то причине не срабатывала, но нам не разрешили даже подняться в номер, чтобы спокойно разобраться с картами и решить вопрос с оплатой. Вместо этого нам порекомендовали идти к банкомату.
В целом персонал при заселении не был достаточно приветливым и доброжелательным,

Minutes from Buckingham Palace - always a convenient stay
Pros:

The location is absolutely superb. They were very accommodating in giving us a cot for our baby.

Cons:

The window wasn't properly sealed and so we had a draught and noise coming into the room. We are regular visitors at the hotel, but think such things need to be fixed in order to justify the price.

Great place to stay! Would highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

Location! Great pubs to spend time at right around the corner, Buckingham palace -down the street-Underground around the corner!

Cons:

Expensive-food not so great in the restaurant but we only ate breakfast so mayne dinner was better
