Perfect stay
Pros:

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish, with a very efficient check-in and check-out process. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. The room and all common areas were spotless, reflecting an excellent standard of cleanliness. The location was also perfect, close to major attractions, public transport, and many great restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London.

Fabulous 3 night stay at the Guardsman
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, I was greeted on arrival and had my bag taken to my room. The room itself was perfect!

Spacious with a very comfortable bed - the underfloor heating in the bathroom was amazing, no cold feet in the morning before a shower!

And a rainfall shower from the ceiling so I didn't have to crouch for a decent shower (the downsides of being tall!) - I really couldn't have asked for more!

Cons:

Nothing - it felt like I was at a Members Club. Quite luxurious.

Lage und Personal hervorragend.
Pros:

DIe Lage ist hervorragend. Alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Besondes hervorzuheben ist auch die Freundlichkeit und das Entgegenkommen des Personals. WIr haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.

The hotel was spotless. And would Definatley stay again
Pros:

The hotel was amazing. Nothing to do with the hotel, but St James’s Park station was closed for the weekend, which made our stay a little difficult, with us both being disabled.

Very well located bedroom in Central area with nice staff

Every one on the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant

Cons:

The breakfasts we had , one was complimentary as the hot water system had broken were very poor.

The bedroom was very small but was well planned.
