Excellent service, very comfortable stay, and attention to detail made this visit truly enjoyable.
Pros:

I arrived around noon and the receptionist kindly arranged an early check-in without any issues, which was really appreciated. She also immediately offered tea or coffee, which was a very nice touch. The room temperature was perfect — not too hot, not too cold. Slippers and bathrobes were of very high quality, and the room itself was cozy and comfortable. Daily housekeeping was excellent.

Pros:

Absolute best place to stay when in London. The hotel is well located next to the main tube lines, but still on a quiet street, so no noise. Rooms are very clean and comfortable and also no noise from the corridor or other rooms. Stuff was very kind and professional, appreciate quick responses and attendance.
