Pros:

Generous sized room, exceptionally comfortable bed, cosy heat pump and duvet for winter and a fab ensuite. Location quiet despite being on main road.

Cons:

Toilet handle just needs adjusting. Not a biggie.

Pros:

Our family had three rooms and we loved our stay. The decor is fun and felt like a real treat. Loved how each room had different personalities.

Cons:

The extra big room was sadly a bit hard to heat (mind you, it was 1degree outside), so we were grateful for the electric blankets.

Beautifully appointed boutique hotel in Featherston, including the excellent restaurant Brac & Bow
Pros:

Beautifully appointed boutique hotel in the transit stop that is Featherston. Delightfully surprised how nice it was and great that you could also dine at Brac & Bow restaurant in the hotel, which had excellent food.

Cons:

Being an older building could hear road noise (trucks braking) coming through the windows, and were also there on a windy night when there was a lot of banging and crashing outside.

An enjoyable interlude in a charming hotel that has been very nicely restored and appointed.
Pros:

This is a very well restored old coaching hotel with themed bedrooms and a great restaurant. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the hotel is within a very short drive of Greytown, Martinborough and wine trails. Bedrooms are furnished with interesting period furniture and decoration. Though our room faced the main road it was not noticeably noisy at night.

Cons:

In our room there was no space to be able easily to set up a laptop and deal with emails. There is no option for breakfast in house.
