The rooms were so awesome such cool decor, the man who checked us in was amazing! So friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. Delivered an iron to our room. The best service I’ve experienced in a long time.

Pros:

The Duty Manager at the time of our stay was lovely, friendly and obliging
The rooms were lovely, not particularly big but ample for a couple of nights - shower was awesome
Didn't dine

Cons:

Would have been nice to have coffee & a bite at any time, but totally understand not being available 24/7 in these economic times

Had a fantastic stay in a really charming hotel - we stopped off on route to Martinborough and so glad we did.
Pros:

The room we had was amazing - really large and beautifully furnished. The food was outstanding and the staff awesome.

Charming and lovely hotel to stay in.
Pros:

A beautiful hotel with lots of quirky charm and beautifully decorated rooms and bathrooms. Very comfy beds and lovely Victorian style baths with excellent shower. Also had very nice meal in the Brac and Bow restaurant and bar. Lovely staff and ambiance.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Second time I've stayed here, the restaurant down stairs is so good..the rooms are beautiful..

A torch definetely comes in handy!
Pros:

The lady in the bar was great, as was the housekeeping lady. Restaurant food was good. Very ornate hotel decor lovely.

Cons:

Room we had was very small with nonwhere to put anything. The interior lighting in the room was so dark. We had to pull back the drapes to make use of the street light shining in the window.
