Muito boa estadia. Recomendo o hotel e certamente voltaria a me hospedar.
Pros:

Excelente café da manhã .
Serviços são excelentes
Front desk muito acolhedora
Quarto grande e confortável
Suprimento de água, café e chá no quarto ótimos.
Excelente roupa de cama e banho

Cons:

Falta de gavetas para arrumar a roupa. Como o quarto é grande deixamos tudo nas malas.
Problema com o misturador de água p o chuveiro. Não foi possível consertar no período que estivemos lá ( 7 noites)

Très bel hôtel central, délicieux petit déjeuner, personnel aux petits soins
Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil, le petit déjeuner délicieux, l’emplacement excellent (très central), le rapport qualité prix est super et l’hôtel très beau.

Cons:

Rien, c’était parfait.

La literie avec drap plat ce qui est rare
La grandeur du lit
La propreté et la tranquillité de la chambre

Cons:

Absence de chauffage ds la salle de bain et réponse de la réception à ce sujet (« Il faut laisser la porte donnant sur la chambre ouverte »…)
Télévision qui ne marchait pas à notre arrivée, que l’hôtel n’a tenté de réparer à nouveau le lendemain, après rappel de notre part, en vain, ce qui nous a obligé à changer de chambre, sans autre geste commercial de la part de l’hôtel
Une seule vasque dans la salle de bain
Pas de pantoufles à notre arrivée
Peu de produits de toilette à disposition et vissés au mur
Une armoire avec peu d’espace de rangement
Globalement plutôt du niveau d’un bon quatre étoile

Beautiful
Pros:

We stayed there with my two daughters in rooms with balcony with our private foyer. It felt exclusive. Loved everything about the hotel. Very helpful staff. The restaurant had amazing food and wine as well

Pros:

Repetimos estadía porque nos encantó el hotel. Está decorado con muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones son amplias, muy cómodas y totalmente insonorizadas.
Todo el personal es súper amable.
La ubicación es ideal. Está cerca de todo pero no en pleno bullicio

Bona atencio del personal de recepcio i amb general, restauració,…

Cons:

Habitació gran però sense llum natural, al mati no sabs si estàs a mitja nit o ja es de dia. Tampoc de passadís de entrada, entrés directament a la habitació i també falta un rmari amb estanteria per deixa le roba o coses ordenades, un sillo per dos persones, en fi millorable.

Excellent!
Pros:

The location was great and very central. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was one of the best and most comfortable we have stayed in. The bed and pillows exceptional and wonderful Guerlain toiletries. We ate in the restaurant one night which was good. Would definitely go back!

Hotel impecable

El hotel es impecable. Su decoración muy cuidada y muy limpio.
La habitación (superior) era grande. Se encontraba en perfectas condiciones. Todo el personal fue muy amable.

Pros:

Very nice hotel in Madrid Center near Parlament, very close to Prado Museum and Plaza Mayor. The stuff is doing very good to be helpful to guests. Property after renovation.
