Pros:

El personal es muy amable, el hotel está limpio y los restaurantes son de buena calidad.

Cons:

Solo servía un elevador y es un poco tardado subir a los pisos altos sobretodo para personas mayores o con discapacidad.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back to Emporio if in the area
Pros:

We had a king suite facing the ocean, larger than I thought it would be, beautiful views from every window, the beach was beautiful and the location was walkable to many restaurants and shops.
The staff was friendly and accommodating to all of our needs and wants

Cons:

We go to bed early, but the music was very loud starting about 9 pm.

Pros:

Tiene en el área de reccepción mesa de ping pong, una de billar y otra de futbolito lo cual no shizo más amena la espera de entrega de llaves de habitaciones, pues el tiempo de espero fue de 40 minutos aprox porque eramos muchas personas.
La alberca muy limpia y con muchos camastros, la playa también está bonita y con camastros y camas.
El personal es amable, las habitaciones y todo el hotel muy limpio en general.
A pesar de que el hotel estaba al 100% de ocupación y de que sólo cuentan con un restaurante para desayunos, comidas y cena buffet, nunca hicimos filas, el tiempo de espera que tuvimos fue de 5 minutos a lo mucho.
Las bebidas con alcohol del todo incluido sí saben a alcohol, no como en otros hoteles que las rebajan muchisimo.
La comida estaba rica también.

Cons:

Que tuvieran otro restaurante para buffet y que dejen que los snaks se puedan cosumir en el área de la alberca o playa ya que te obligan a comerlos dentro del resurante, cuando generalmente en otros hoteles te dejan llevarlos a los camastros.

I always enjoy Ixtapa. Safe and clean. The hotel staff at Emporio are fantastic
Pros:

This hotel is beachfront and central location in Ixtapa. You do not need a car. Shopping and restaurants just across the street.

Cons:

Too many children in the pool. Parents and hotel staff should not allow children to sit at pool bar.

5 Sterne auf Booking, aber das Hotel ist maximal 3 Sterne wert. Hatten ein großes Zimmer im 9. Stock, es hat gerochen wie ein altes Kellerabteil. Es ist nicht einmal ein Drittel vom angegebenen Preis wert.

Restaurant food was good and reasonable prices. We were not all-inclusive. Ordered from the menu.

Cons:

Music too loud at the pool.
Noisy at night when trying to sleep.
Windows in the room were dirty.
Paid for junior suite with two single beds, but ended up with regular hotel room with two single beds.
The rooms need to be up-dated. Fridge not very cold.
