I always enjoy Ixtapa. Safe and clean. The hotel staff at Emporio are fantastic
Pros:

This hotel is beachfront and central location in Ixtapa. You do not need a car. Shopping and restaurants just across the street.

Cons:

Too many children in the pool. Parents and hotel staff should not allow children to sit at pool bar.

Restaurant food was good and reasonable prices. We were not all-inclusive. Ordered from the menu.

Cons:

Music too loud at the pool.
Noisy at night when trying to sleep.
Windows in the room were dirty.
Paid for junior suite with two single beds, but ended up with regular hotel room with two single beds.
The rooms need to be up-dated. Fridge not very cold.

5 Sterne auf Booking, aber das Hotel ist maximal 3 Sterne wert. Hatten ein großes Zimmer im 9. Stock, es hat gerochen wie ein altes Kellerabteil. Es ist nicht einmal ein Drittel vom angegebenen Preis wert.

Las bebidas en la alberca sabían muy raro algunas con alcohol. El personal muy jeton en el chekin y en el bar de la alberca. Nada amables. No hubo nada de interacción los animadores con nosotros no quisieron prestarnos la cancha de la playa qué porque se la habían prestado al hotel sun esqueip. La música toda dedicada a los gringos que por inclusión y a nosotros no quisieron ponernos canciones muy mala atención y eramos un grupo de 47 personas realmente no regresamos, nos trataron mucho mejor el año pasado en el krystal.

La comida muy variada y buen sazón

En recepción fue pésimo el servicio llegaron primero mis familiares y tenían un dia antes dos habitaciones solo le dieron una y hasta las 11 de la noche le entregaron la otra, pero previamente le cobraron por una persona adicional al y aunque post se ricamente le r egresaron ese dinero. Y con la entrega de. Usarlos hubo mucha confusión y no fue tan preciso y hubo irregularidades. Requieren de mejor orga izacion en recepción. Y en los restaurantes ampliar la información formación para su uso.

Excelente estancia, ambiente familiar, buenas instalaciones, justo enfrente de la playa. Recomendado
