I will always come here to stay!
Pros:

I loved staying here!! This is going to be my permanent place that I stay at when I visit Memphis. The rooms are so beautiful. The rooms are cleaned and stacked with comforting kitchenware and bathroom towels and cleaning materials in the kitchen.

Cons:

I didn’t have much I didn’t like about the property. It offered so much peace of mind.

I love EVERYTHING about this place!!!
Pros:

I love everything about this place!!! The room was nice, clean and spacious.
The full coffee bar in the lobby are and the phone charging tables are most definitely a nice touch not to mention the top tier customer service I received from the young lady who checked me in.
I will without a doubt stay here again!

This was a trip for work and I enjoyed each day I was there.
Pros:

I liked that there was breakfast, on-site laundry, and friendly staff.

Cons:

Just 1 little hiccup…….
Pros:

Bed & pillows were comfortable.
Very clean.
Many kitchen amenities in the room.

Cons:

We arrived for breakfast with 45 minutes remaining in the time it was offered, but there were not many options available to pick from. The eggs were gone. There were two pieces of sausage.

Wouldn’t stay here again!!!
Pros:

Facility was clean, I’m big on cleaning and had no issues there.

Cons:

Walls are thin, someone had a party there on 3rd floor on 5-24/2025. We heard music all night till that morning! Somebody walked into our room the same night at 1 something that morning, but realized we had the stoped on the door. I didn’t get no sleep at all !!! It was horrible!!!!

Pros:

Clean

Cons:

They advertise their suites with couches but instead you get two very uncomfortable chairs. You can’t connect the tv to your phone.
