Casa Tortugas Boutique Hotel - A Hidden Gem in Cancun

Everything about the hotel was top class, the pool is amazing and the roof top bar for breakfast and sundowners even more so. The rooms was very spacious, well equipped and immaculately clean, room service and all the staff were brilliant. Hannah & Noel at reception were brilliant, so helpful and welcoming, Alex and Patricia at the roof top bar and breakfast could not have been nicer, an amazing little hotel. The visiting crocodile was an added bonus

Lovely people and place - great to hear about the family owned/build history

The pool area and the view out over the lagoon is incredible, we very much recommend the lagoon view room rather than the ocean view down the street. We loved the animals and the architecture of the hotel is incredible, a real labor of love. The rooftop is similarly a real highlight and the views are magnificent, they serve breakfast and then cocktails in the afternoon. The staff are super friendly and family who owns the hotel are very involved and helped us resolve any issues that we had.

Отличное расположение, рядом один из лучших пляжей в округе, до которого можно спокойно дойти пешком.

В номере есть кухня со всем необходимым, что делает проживание особенно удобным. Заселение прошло быстро и без каких-либо сложностей.

Отдельно хочется отметить персонал — очень внимательные и доброжелательные. Всегда готовы помочь и ответить на любые вопросы, благодаря чему чувствуешь себя желанным гостем.

Единственный небольшой минус — парковки у отеля не всегда хватает на всех гостей. Но рядом есть бесплатная парковка у пляжа, что вполне решает этот вопрос.

Очень приятное место, куда действительно хочется вернуться.

Nos atendieron muy bien y nos ofrecieron un hospedaje para recordar para siempre. Tiene algunas vistas increíbles y siempre tenía ganas de desayunar en el café. Las camareras son muy amables y la comida es excelente. La piscina es muy tranquila y para relajarse antes o después de un día en la playa caótica, es espectacular. La playa tortuga está en frente y hay muchas playas que están cerca.

We had booked 7 nights in the ocean front apartments and were a little surprised when we arrived that our room was not available. The Casa Tortugas staff kindly moved us to a great room overlooking pool and lagoon for a night, and we got our booked room on the beach front the next day. The apartment was excellent, it was very clean and comfortable. We had the top floor apartment, so if you have reduced mobility this may not be for you as there are 46 steps, and there is no elevator. The pool is also a little difficult to get in and out of unless you are agile (I am 66 and a bit slow). The sea view to Isla Mujeres is worth the price alone.

On our departure day of we got a free extra hour for a later check-out, and we were offered use of the pool while we waited for an evening flight. A word of warning here - the bar was closed in the afternoon and there was no toilet (in the end we got to use staff toilet).

Overall I would 100% recommend Casa Tortugas as a place to stay, The main hotel is fab, but the ocean front apartments across the road have just a little bit more "Wow" factor.

It really is a hidden gem, a lovely boutique hotel with a laid back vibe and wonderful staff, Hannah and Noel really looked after us during our stay. The breakfast is very tasty and the view as you eat is sublime. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds and a great shower in the ensuite bathroom. Also, the pool is very peaceful and picturesque.

I don’t often give out 10s, but I really thought this was superb. Clear communication with lovely staff via WhatsApp before and during arrival. A lovely room with excellent facilities such as a comfy bed, kettle, big fridge, lovely sitting area. The hotel pool area is so wonderful to sit at and there’s a nice cafe area with great views at the top. I think it’s better value than some of the mega hotels on the strip also. A great base for pick up for tours to the Maya sites as well. The area around the hotel felt safe which was good. Many thanks.

这家的位置绝佳，出门就是公交站和oxxo便利店，过个马路就是沙滩，非常方便。整栋住宿楼也很漂亮很有墨西哥风情，酒店泳池虽然没有面朝大海，朝着泻湖，但也有绝美的日落风景，在这里确实很惬意。房间很大，设施完善。唯一的不足就是，窗户没有遮光窗帘，会影响睡眠，另外虽然有服务群组，但只是酒店单方面的通知，当我询问一些问题，并没有得到回应，包括我有小件物品遗留，也不回复。
