Un agréable séjour
Pros:

À 2 pas de la gare férovière, autobus de ville pour bouger. La plage Las Tortugas pas loin.
Pas beaucoup de choix de bons restaurants, c’est un coin calme. 2 marchés OXXo
Le personnel est au petit soin.
C’est tenu par une famille.

Make sure you stay in the main building, there are two different locations
Pros:

Attention of the staff was good. Noel left us with good impression. We appreciated the late check-out at noon.

Cons:

Our room was ‘across the street’, not in the main building, which came as a surprise. We found the pictures and the information misleading, related to our detached room. We wouldn’t have chosen the hotel under these circumstances. Our location and the room was definitely not a ‘boutique’ experience. Despite the access to the main building, there’s no practical benefit of it, due to the distance. We were told that no room alternatives were available for us.
In our room, we missed a few basics, as (second) bed side table or a basic drying rack.
I’m sure the future guests will appreciate a better ventilation in the room, regulation of the ceiling fan (as the airco is facing the bad directly).

Toller Spot, bisschen teuer aber leider teils renovierungsbedürftige Zimmerausstattung.
Pros:

Tolel Lage, sehr ruhig und schönste Sunsets überhaupt.

Cons:

Sauberkeit nicht so hoch, Möbel und Inventar stark abgenutzt, fast keine Isolationen man hört alles und jeden als stände er direkt neben dir.

Casa tortuga è un gioiello di 20 camere, cosa introvabile nella zona, alex e la mamma lo gestiscono con ogni attenzione, noi abbiamo attraversato l'oceano arrivando in un paese che non conoscevamo per ritrovarci a casa

We love how the owners live on property and are always available! The staff was super nice! The best thing was the rooftop and the view, Amazing!

Just sometimes the elevator was a little dirty, but that’s just a small thing compared to the rest which was amazing and clean!

Pros:

Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet worden und wird mit der Wärme der Gastgeberfamilie zusätzlich dekoriert. Wir warteten in Cancun 2 Tage auf unseren Flug und haben entgegen alle Erwartungen den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Nur ein paar Schritte und man ist am wunderschönen Karibikstrand. Das lohnt sich auf jeden Fall auch!

Cons:

Zuerst ist es verwirrend, dass man eigentlich zu Fuss nirgends hinkommt. Dann haben wir Uber genutzt und einige schöne Restaurants sowie das Festland-Cancun besucht. Insgesamt wäre Cancun als Retortenstadt nichts für uns, aber wir sind sehr froh, durften wir den Aufenthalt in der Casa Tortuga geniessen.

This is indeed a family business boutique hotel in a great position with a really nice vibe. We found it to be a lot nicer that the pictures.
A top tier choice, to explore this place. We should have booked our activities, with the help of Alex to ensure the best experience ever.

Genau was wir gebraucht haben!
Pros:

Die Lage war für unseren Zweck super! Wir sind nur eine Nacht dort geblieben und wollten zur Isla Mujeres. Die Fähre war sehr nah! Unterkunft ist aber gut ausgestattet auch für längere Aufenthalte.
Obwohl es bei den ganzen Hotels gelegen ist, ist die Unterkunft gut versteckt und ruhig.
Schnelle Reaktion bei Fragen und Angelegenheiten.
