Geen balkon/ of zitje buiten beneden bij kamer.
Prima locatie. Goed ontbijt.
Tv had maar 3 zenders. Douchekop was aan vervanging toe. Te duur voor simpele kamer.

Het is een luxe hotel, heerlijk bed, vriendelijk personeel. Fijn de je de elektrische fiets binnen kon zetten en kon opladen.
Ik vond het hotel erg duur en als je er dan tijdens het douchen achterkomt dat de zeepdispenser leeg is.....De locatie is tich nog wel een eindje weg van het levendige centrum van Valkenburg.

The location was perfect, peaceful and calm, and you can rent bikes nearby. Train station is 20 min walk away and connects you to both Maastricht and Aachen.
Next to Shimano experience center, so very good place to start if you want to rent a racebike and do a tour from there. Availability of restaurants in near neighborhood make it very convenient and still walking distance to city center.
We were not allowed to put our bike in the room, but had to put our bikes into a separate storage room, clearly stating it was at own risk. Only after asking, we received an extra lock. When we returned from our 100km tour (and checkout done early in the morning), I asked if we still could take a shower. They asked 10 euro for this, which I really felt as a rip-off, seen the room-rate already paid. Very unfriendly staff and very weird definition of customer friendliness, so would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Ontbijt was goed en uitgebreid. Locatie : zeer rustig gelegen.
De locatie was mooi en ideaal om van daaruit fietstochtjes te maken
