Niet geschikt voor senioren of gebruikers van een rolstoel.
Pros:

De locatie beviel heel goed. Rustig, aan de Geul, met restaurant op het terrein en uitzicht op de heuvel. Geen verkeer. En heel vriendelijk personeel. Heel leuk voor jongeren en fietsers.

Cons:

Wij zijn senioren en mijn man is gehandicapt, zit in een rolstoel. Er werd ons vriendelijk een rolstoel kamer aangeboden. Dat betekende twee rode alarmkoordjes in de badkamer. Geen toiletbeugels, geen handvat bij de douche. Zelfs geen haak of stang om de handdoek aan op te hangen. En de kamer is net te klein voor een rolstoel.

Prijs kwaliteit en ligging van het hotel blijven top, komen weer terug.
Pros:

Waren hier voor de tiende x, blijft heel mooi gelegen en nette kamers voor dit geld.
Komen zeker weer voor de elfde x terug. Dit x ook Nederlands sprekend personeel. Geen pre maar wel lekker.

Pros:

De locatie is echt prima, voor ons 1 nacht geweest. Restaurant in het hotel en om de hoek. Potje pool gespeeld in de avond. Zachte bedden, ruime kamer.

Une belle promenade aux alentours et le centre de valkenburg est tres accessible à pieds, trés animé, vaste choix de restuarants.. nous avons bien aimés l’emplacement de l’hôtel...Trés calme..

Cons:

Le décor trés froid de la chambre et un couloir trés sombre avec ses peintures noires sur les mûrs..Tristonette😒

Super fijn verblijf gehad.
Pros:

Zeer net en mooi hotel, rustig gelegen en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Alleen wel jammer als je aan de terras kant slaapt dan heb je wel dat last van als er wat mensen op het terras zitten.

Rundum ein schöner Wochenendaufenthalt, der Lust auf mehr gemacht hat.
Pros:

Ruhig, trotzdem ortsnah gelegen. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Besonders für Radfahrer geeignet, da sich die Region auf Radsport konzentriert und direkt am Hotel ein großer Fahrradhändler angesiedelt ist. Es gibt auch eine Radwaschstation am Hotel. Auch ein Restaurant (unbedingt vorab einen Tisch reservieren) liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe, sowie eine Pizzeria/Ristorante. In der pittoresken Innenstadt reihen sich viel Restaurants aneinander.
