Filthy rooms and fraudulent hotel and Oyo chain
Pros:

I looked at the room upon arrival at this "hotel" which is really a dirty dump and never even checked in. Oyo refuses to admit a refund because they are a thieving company which fraudulently "checked me in" and claim I stayed there. Upon asking them what ID proof had they collected from me, they disconnected my call. I would urge people to never stay at a hotel O or Oyo or any of the oyo branded hotels.

THERE WAS NO CLEANLINESS EITHER IN THE ROOM OR THE COMMON AREAS. THE ROOM HAD COBWEBS AND HAD NOT BEEN SWEEPED PROPERLY. THE WINDOW PANES HAD DIRT. THE TAPS IN THE BATHROOM WERE BROKEN. LOT OF NOISE AS THE HOTEL IS ON A BUSY STREET AND ROOMS WERE NOT SOUND PROOF

not clean , and smoky smell in hotel

Cons:

When i reached jaipur i booked this hotel with booking.com but when i reached there….. the staff and owner deny for online bookings they told me that they accept only offline booking not online with high price.

Disappointing
Cons:

Eventhough I'd booked and also called the hotel 3 times for arrangement and talked with the staff beforehand when I got there, they said no tourists and that it's only for Indians.
This is careless, Why it was not mentioned before I arrive!

Though staff behaviour was good and that was the only good part.

Cons:

The rooms were in bad shape. There was no cleanliness at all. Also there was water shortage in our room on the last day of our stay. Overall experience was bad. Though staff behaviour was good and that was the only good part.

Okay from the cheaper price perspective, very bad from cleaning and comfort perespective

The price was cheap.

Cons:

The rooms were dirty. I had booked two rooms for my family, and they changed my rooms twice. Finally, I got one decent room, but the other was still dirty. Forget about the services—they seemed understaffed during my visit.

The property doesn’t have a lift, so if you are elderly, you may face difficulties as there is no service staff to assist, and you’ll need to go up and down frequently for your needs. Additionally, the location is far from the city and major attractions. Only the airport is nearby.



If you can afford to pay a bit more and are looking for clean rooms, avoid this place.
All the photos are heavily edited and misleading. The actual rooms and bathrooms are dirty and far from what the photos show.

Property is fine, but it wasn’t worth what I paid. Even the hotel staff was shocked to see our bill. He himself was telling that the offline prices are 1400-1500 while guest from oyo app directly book for as low as 600-800 INR. Whereas I jad to pay around 2200 for a night.

Cons:

The photos shown on your portal are misleading. The property is quite old and not well maintained. It wasn’t definitely worth what I paid. I will seriously consider to book hotels offline from now on, considering the experience I had to face.
