很輕鬆愉快
Pros:

位子極佳，住宿樓下門口就公車站，班次幾分鐘就有，往博多車站，天神都方便，走路3分鐘就到旁邊的櫛田神社與中州川端商店街。
飯店櫃檯人員有耐心又熱心服務，飯店非常新且乾淨，房間大小尚可，價格適中。

Our stay was comfortable overall, but the limited laundry facilities made it inconvenient at times.

An unforgettable stay filled with great moments, new experiences, and memories I’ll always cherish. The hotel is family-friendly, clean, and conveniently located near both Gion Station and Kushida Shrine. The staff were friendly, and the room cleaning service was excellent. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Hakata.

Cons:

I think it would be helpful to add more laundry machines in the room or building. During our stay, it was quite difficult to find an available washer. Most days, we only got our turn late at night, which meant we had to stay up late just to do laundry.

Exceptional Location and Outstanding Service
Pros:

I had an outstanding experience staying at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel Hakata Reisen PREMIER.

The location is extremely convenient and strategic. The hotel is about a 10–15 minute walk from Hakata Station, which is very manageable on foot. However, the easiest option is to use the bus or subway. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, which made traveling around the city very comfortable. It is also within walking distance of two subway stations: Gion Station and Kushida Shrine Station. Since it is close to Hakata Station, I could save time traveling to other cities like Beppu and Nagasaki. The location is also close to Hakata Old Town, an area rich in history and temples.

There are many places to eat near the hotel, and a FamilyMart store is just 50 meters away, so it's easy to buy water or snacks anytime.

The staff were friendly and professional. They always served guests with a smile, were efficient, and very helpful. One staff member even escorted me to the elevator, which was a thoughtful and impressive gesture.

Another major positive point is that the hotel accepted my luggage sent from the airport before my arrival. This was very helpful, as it allowed me to travel more freely. They kindly kept my luggage safe while I went to Beppu for a few days before coming back to the hotel. I am truly grateful for their excellent service.

I sincerely hope that I will have the opportunity to stay at this hotel again in the future.
