Passable
Pros:

Decent shower with hot water.

Cons:

Bed linen didn't seem clean - some long hairs on the bed etc. Also pretty noisy with others moving around the house at early hours pre 7am which woke me up both mornings. Thin walls so it's can be loud. No window in the room with the private bathroom - the rooms in the photos share a bathroom.
