Great flat but needs fixing and cleaning for the price they want
Pros:

Location of the flat, the fact it was in the 21st floor

Cons:

The flat was dirty and the TVs didn’t work and no attempt was made to fix them.

For a short stay it is OK.
Pros:

Perfect location, the seaview was fantastic, unbeatable! The room was quiet with an average equipment. Swimming pool was nice also the sorrounding was really nice. Vallet parking worked well.

Cons:

Long waiting time for the elevators. Staff was not polite, very dissappointing. Booking confirmation included a cleaning fee 160 USD , but there was no cleaning during our stay, what is more we had to collect the garbage. Some places the apartman was worn-out.

It can be a nice, comfortable stay-advise 2 read all details carefully, shop around for better deals
Pros:

Very cute condo, nicely decorated. Safe and secure.

Cons:

We were charged cleaning fees, which I guess would have been okay. However, the condo was NOT clean to standard expectations. It's tidy and presentable but NOT clean. Nice amenities, but I wouldn't trust using them. The bathroom was gross. The kitchen also needed a good clean up. Appears that everything was only wiped down, but NOT cleaned. And the carpets throughout the space needs to be ripped up and thrown out. Or at the very least, professionally steamed. The owner needs a NEW Cleaning Crew !!! And the daily parking rate is excessive. The car rental for the entire week was less than $100 - way cheaper than the parking, which was more than double with the daily tipping for the mandatory valet service. Budget approx $40/day plus tips. Just annoying stuff !!
