Not a luxury but well located
Pros:

Good location for my needs. Unassuming property down a small side street. Rooms were fairly clean and modern. Checking in was very straightforward and instructions were very clear.

Cons:

Certainly not a luxury property but prices reflect this. Shower head was a problem, with limescale covering each water outlet and until I cleaned it myself, half the outlets didn't have water flowing from them.

Lovely and clean hotel with excellent facilities. Unfortunately our room was too hot even after we had turned the thermo

Lovely room - immaculate condition. Hot tub and sauna area were also really clean. Good location

Cons:

We found our room to be far too hot, we messaged the owner and he advised to turn the thermostat down which we did but it didn’t make any difference.

Good reception however crap heating and no hot water

Got a text with all information attached. Ease of access was fantastic.

Cons:

Stayed in room 2. Very loud getting into accommodation with footstepsamd doors banging. Heating wasn’t working & no hot water so no shower in the morning. The hot tub is a nice touch but didn’t use as £25 an hour extra seems a bit steep even though we usually pay that price for a exclusive private hot tub. I see the idea but didn’t grasp it for us.
