Pros:

한시장가 가까워 좋았습니다. 가성비 호텔로 호이안 3박 후 귀국 하루 전 날 한시장 쇼핑 위해 하루 숙박했는데 순수 휴식 및 잠만 자기에는 이만한 곳 없는 것 같습니다. 청결합니다.

밤 11시 30분에 야간직원이 마스터키로 문을 열었습니다. 모두가 놀라 일어났고 우리 딸은 공포에 질렸습니다. 누구냐고 물었지만 아무대답도 없었고
컨시어지에 채팅을 보냈더니 본인이 실수로 그랬다며 나와 너만 방키를 갖고있다고 외부인 소행은 아니라며 해명을 했지만, 고객이 느끼기엔 직원도 외부인이다라는 점을 인지하지 못하는듯 합니다.
다음날 체크아웃할때 사과라도 할 줄 알았는데 직원들 그 누구와도 내용공유가 안되어있었으며, 저는 이문제가 분명히 범죄라는점을 말하고싶습니다.
체크아웃하며 내가 잘못 건드려 싸구려 꽃병을 깨긴했지만, 어제 있었던 일에 대해서는 간단히 사과만하고 마무리 지으려하고, 내가 실수로 옷에걸려 떨어뜨린 꽃병 배상은 왜 끝까지 받아내려했는지 화가나서 돈이 많음에도 끝까지 내고오지 않았습니다. 내가 과연 그까짓 20만동이 없어서 배상을 안했을까?
괘씸해도 도가 지나친 곳이고, 손님을 손님처럼 생각안하는걸 보니 매니저 보고있다면 그따위로 장사하지마시오. 다낭이미지 실추하는곳, 싸다고 위치좋다고 전부가 아닙니다 여러분. 여자들끼리 갔다면 무슨일이 생겼을까요? 절대 가지마세요.

Not as comfortable as we’d hoped…
Pros:

Property was in an excellent location, close to lots of amazing restaurants, bars & cafes as well as Han market.
Rooms were well equipped with full kitchen including utensils and washing machine and were charmingly decorated.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had booked 2 apartments for 5 nights with the intention of being very comfortable there for a longer stay due to the facilities, however the bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff did try to resolve the issue with mattress toppers but sadly they didn’t help much if at all so we decided after the first night we’d cut our stay down to 2 nights as we couldn’t sleep 5 on a mattress that hard.
We had given quite a bit of notice in regards to this but as the staff there had to consult with their boss in regards to a refund and as a result we were only refunded 2 nights instead of the 3 we weren’t staying there which was quite annoying.

Pros:

Qapartment Da Nang is a very comfortable properti to stay. The location is just few steps to Han Market which you can find anything you need as a traveller. The cleanliness, room size, the facility all in the good shape.

Πανέμορφο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο. Είχε όσα χρειάζεται με υπέροχα vibes. Την επόμενη φορά σίγουρα θα έχω περισσότερες διανυκτερεύσεις. Μπορείς να πληρώσεις με μετρητά ή κάρτα.

房間很大，裝潢很新穎，床偏硬，剛好是我喜歡的；地點很好，附近什麼都有，漢市場就在旁邊，超好買。稍微遠一點的就叫Grab，又方便又便宜。

Cons:

只有大浴巾，沒有擦手巾或毛巾；房內沒有紙巾；第一晚馬桶間有菸味，顯然是樓下有房客在廁所抽菸。蓮蓬頭軟管已經快壞掉了，建議更換。熱水可能是使用儲熱筒吧，不能連續洗澡，熱水會不夠。
