Wonderful New Year in a hospitable place in Istanbul
Pros:

We spent a week here over the New Year period. Istanbul was a wonderful experience, and this accommodation contributed to that. The weather at this time of year was slightly above zero Celsius. We even got a snow thunderstorm one day, but most days were sunny.

We had hot water at all times and an electric kettle in the room, which was very convenient. Daily room service was available, and everything was always clean and freshly laundered. The room was equipped with a fridge and kept comfortably warm. The reception was available 24/7, which gave us peace of mind. The location was superb — major attractions and the city centre were just a few minutes' walk away. Overall, excellent value for money.

Cons:

The rooms had limited soundproofing, so noise from the hallway and neighbouring rooms was occasionally noticeable. However, this was not something that bothered us too much, as the positives far outweighed this minor inconvenience.

Pros:

L’accueil du personnel est très chaleureux, on a eu des explications de la part de ramazan sur l’histoire de Istanbul qui été très instructif, on a eu une chambre triple alors que nous avons réservé une chambre double c’ete un bon geste de la part de l’hôtel

Love start at The Trip Anex Istanbul
Pros:

staff is so friendly, especially Ramazan , Serdar
and Sehnaz. They help us a lot with stuff and recommend about trips and how to travel turkey as the first time travel to Turkey. We are so happy and feel more comfortable with these kind and helpful people. Even the time we need to go a couple days in Cappadocia they keep our stuff that overloads for small flight in the hotel without charging any money. That's so impressed. The views from 5th floor room is amazing and they help us bring all our luggages up there. we love the hotel and if we have a new trip to turkey we will come back for sure. Thank you for All good services. With love from Romanian Man and Thai woman couple. 💓 Love start in Istanbul 🥰

Pros:

One of the best hotel I stayed for 2 week's with the one child it's bit hard to go 3rd floor apart from fantastic🤘😝🤘 nice and clear environment, friendly staff.
