Nice, clean, staffs were polite, It was more than I expected.

Our stay was ok. Nearly all staff could converse in English. We were surprised by the following - needing to pay 1000won for toothbrush w/ toothpaste, single ply toilet paper, wooden blinds installed outside the toilet window looking into the room which cannot be controlled by the person in the toilet. Lights leakage from toilet disturbs people sleeping next to the blinds and the thunderous toilet (think airplane toilet) which auto flushes after each use so it will probably wake up the entire world at night.

Overall the property is very nice and well-kept. Our room, while on the small side, had a stunning view of the water and was comfortable and clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Few speak English so communicating was tough. The breakfast buffet was very nice-plenty of options. I had 2 issues. First the check-in process was bizarre. I travel all over the world and never encountered this process. We arrived at 2:30 and were told check-in wasn’t until 3 pm. No problem. We left our bags and went to walk around the property. As we walked into the property staff ran after us and said no, we had to wait in the lobby until we were checked in. We said okay. They handed us a number and said we were number 21 and it would be about 90 minutes to 2 hours before they got to us. I asked if we could go to the pool in the meantime and they said no. At this point we had been traveling for 12 hours, were very tired and wanted to relax. I asked the registration associate if I was understanding correctly that we had to sit for 2 hours in the small lobby and wait to be called even though no staff were checking anyone in- he said yes. I then said I had clearly made a booking mistake and I was going to find another hotel. At that point they checked me in. I felt very guilty but relieved. Second issue-no service at pool, just a walk-up snack shop with limited options and 2 wine choices. Also no concierge.

모든 점에 모든 세대가 만족 할 만한 순간이였습니다.
수영장도 깨끗했고, 서비스 음식 너무 좋았습니다.
9월 내 아이와 남편과 함께 재방문하려고 합니다.
그때도 기대 하겠습니다.

Beautiful hotel!

새로 생겼다고 해서 기대했는데 좀 실망이네요.
우선 침구에서 냄새 납니다. 교체 해 준 침구에서도 냄새가 나는거 보면 대체적으로 침구 세탁에 문제가 있는것 같습니다. 그 외 객실 상태는 나쁘지 않으나 어메니티에 면도기 없으니 참고 하세요. 수영장은 사진에 비해 작습니다. 모든 풀의 깊이가 얕아 어린이 동반 가족 여행이 주 타겟층인것 같으니 커플여행이나 친구와의 여행이면 비추합니다.

7살 어린이랑 제주여행 첫 날 묵었는데 신라는 신라네요. 편의시설 잘 돼있고, 수영장도 야외뿐이긴하지만.. 큼직하니 넘 좋아요! 유아용풀은 작은 미끄럼틀도있어서 애가 잘 놀았어요! 직원분들도 엄청 친절하시고 레스토랑 음식도 맛있었어요^^ 헬스장도 깨끗하고 런닝머신이랑 덤벨 있어서 간단하게 운덩하기좋았어요~!
아이가 또 오자고 하네요!

The location and amenities were exactly what we were looking for.

The hotel is beautiful and offers a lovely view from the room. The bedding was comfortable—I especially liked the sheets! The room was very clean, and I loved the L’Occitane brand in the bathroom amenities. The staff were also very friendly.
The only downside was the limited dining options available at the hotel.

만족스러웠습니다.
바다쪽 전망이 정말 좋았고, 수영장도 좋았습니다.

The hotel was very nice. It’s lacking restaurants that are open for lunch and dinner (there are no options in the immediate area) and it’s missing a spa. For an upscale hotel, one would expect a spa on the property.

Generally, the stay was fine. I believed if the staff and things around the hotel can be better communicated in English, the hotel guest's experience would have been more positive.
