Staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive
O hotel possui uma infraestrutura muito boa e o atendimento dos funcionários é nota 10.
Infelizmente, no domingo, dia 16/11, pela manhã, enquanto caminhava cedo na praia de Cambury, fui mordido por um cachorro solto, sem dono. Precisei ir ao pronto-socorro em Boiçucanga e tomar a vacina antirrábica.
Em outros dias, já havia observado que há muitos cachorros soltos, sozinhos ou com donos que os deixam andar sem coleira. Entendemos que não é responsabilidade do hotel fiscalizar a praia, mas, devido ao risco de novas mordidas, fica difícil pensarmos em voltar

Atendimento dos funcionários é excepcional. O quarto é bastante amplo e confortável. A área externa, pé na areia é maravilhosa. Café da manhã perfeito.
Se por alguma razão você necessitar conectar-se an internet, esse não é o local para você se hospedar. A TV do nosso apartamento também estava com problemas técnicos e desligava. O trecho da estrada principal até o hotel reflete um total desleixo da prefeitura local. (Isso não tem nada haver com o hotel, mas é algo importante a ser sinalizado.)

Bathrooms were badly kept for the price,, not very clean. Bedrooms bedside light missing. Bedside table broken and everything slides off.
It needs TLC for the price they charge.

needs more shower towels in room. cushion on long chairs at room terrace and beach towels for those chairs, more options to purchase at room bar besides drinks, like chocolates, fruit bars and different kind of nuts. needs sleepers to walk in room and the toilet inside a glass to in front of bed and sharing the glass with showers very emberassing. not romantic at all. the staff amazing. but the jacuzzi was not workinh with hot water close to the pool.
Location of the hotel is excellent.
This hotel is extremely pricey especially during the low season. Charges for additional things like mini bar, restaurant, service rates are also outrageous. Bathrooms need renovating.
