The hallway smells like cigarettes. The towels all have dirty stains on them. There were cupcake wrappers under the bed. The microwave was dirty. The bedsheets had stains on them. It’s like they do nothing to clean the rooms at all.

The the room smelled of wet dog, dog hair all over. Lifted sheets and mattress cover had dog hair, trash left from previous guest. The cleaning lady was pushed to get it done. Heard that from a worker the day of checking. Daughter had food wrapper stuck to her foot as soon as we entered she took off her shoes. Anything touched the floor stayed. I barely made it one night. I don’t think this is the normal cleaning but it was what I experienced this trip. No bed bugs was a plus.

I didn’t like entering the back of the building to get to the room and the hallways were filled with smoke smell

No elevator. Number one we've rented the room with 2 adults. One child they gave us 2 towels
Should not have to ask for extra towels when you're running it for a three person room. When you sat down on the first bed, going into the room, it cracked like it was going to break. You could not move on the bed. We informed the people downstairs at the front thing. And we were going to have to move. Didn't compensate us for any of our troubles, or anything else. We stayed there last year. The room was not that bad. But this year, now it's over, we will not come back there again.

The facility was dirty, the sheets were dirty, the bed were made of some kind of metal and they made an awful sound when you turned over or moved. There was no tissues, the floors had not been swept. The Hallway smelled like cigarette smoke.

Upon arrival it took over 3 hours to get to go into our room, was told that their was a stain in the bathtub and the Indian guy at the counter said he was going to go clean it, then was told they was vacuuming the room it would be 10 more minutes which leaded to over an hour, the cleaning lady apologized and said she was trying to clean the room because of baby powder being everywhere, the room was not clean at all we actually had to find the cleaning lady and let her know the toilet seats had dried urine all over them, air conditioners didn’t work roaches are inside of the thermostats, dust all behind the head boards, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, cigarette burns in the couch, hood rats running around outside all night, only reason we even finished out our stay is because there’s a no refund policy. Also I believe this motel is being used more for a housing project than a hotel.

Stairs and rooms dirty. Toilet seat wasn't even wiped down from previous stay. Dogs barking throughout the facility as animals are allowed. Took the $100 loss and left.

The cleaning woman always trying to get someone else into trouble smile at you but then she’s waving wave the police to get someone else into trouble talk head you didn’t want room service she wait till you left and helped herself…. It also was pricy and is was always different over rated expensive

It is the absolutely grossest, most filthy hotel I’ve ever been in. No way the reviews are real that claim this place was clean. So disgusting that it shouldn’t even be open. And in no way am I exaggerating.
Ceiling torn apart in hallway with moldy insulation falling out. Huge stains on all hall carpets, some as big as my arms can make a circle.
After I took a shower and walked across the floor in our room just twice I wiped my feet with a towel, and the towel got absolutely filthy. The hallway stunk SO bad that I literally gagged walking down it. Actually honest to god gagged. I dabbed perfume under my nose so I could mask the smell. It stunk so bad in my room and the first floor so I requested a room changed, but the second floor was just as bad and maybe even worse . I actually put on long socks and a dress to sleep in and the pillow inside a shirt because I didn’t want to be touching anything. If I wasn’t exhausted after having driven 10 hours and had the energy, I’d have looked for another hotel. I’d post pictures if I could figure out how.

They had roaches and the beds was uncomfortable then the room didn’t have very good heat and I will not be staying there anymore.

They are straight up crooked asf!

The cleaning staff. I'm glad they got new housekeepers. The guy that would come in to clean spoke or understood very little English. He would knock and I would say " JUST A MINUTE!" he would start banging on the door and yelling at me me. It was reported that I wouldn't let housekeeping in . That was not true . If you can't understand the difference between just a minute and go away then there is a problem and that person should not be working that job. The guy didn't care what he swept up and threw away. He threw my glasses away and I had to buy a new pair . A guy at the front desk would call me at 1 am or even 5 am and would get on me for not paying my room when I most certainly did .there were some nice people that worked there.
