Zimmer: Duschhalterung und Lampenhalterung abgerissen. Duschhalterung mit Plastiktüte repariert.
Dusche nicht ordentlich geputzt.
Frühstück: eine bemühte aber überforderte Person. Besteck trotz Corona einfach übereinander geschmissen.
Beim Auschecken hatte das Perdonal keine Kenntnis vom Hoteleigenen PC Programm.
Grundsätzlich hatte man das Gefühl, das das Hotelmanagement überhaupt kein interesse am Hotel hat.
