Called about a pack and play for our 2.5 year old. Were told no problem but would not set it up in the room before check in. Arrived lone desk agent on the job for 1 week, was overwhelmed. Said they did not have any pack and plays. Called house keeping, was not able to reach anyone for 20 minutes. We were getting rady to leave and not check in, This is important for booking .com since altering reservation is a major issue. They finally found someopne who said they had a pack and play and about 45 min after arrival we had one in the room. All with a tired child. Bathroom lacked body wash and from what we could tell mst rooms liked something.
The Manager was amazing and very accommodating!
When we arrived, the booking.com did not communicate the correct room to the hotel so they did not have a room available for our party at all. We had driven for 6 hours straight only to find out our room was not available. The manager had to give us two rooms to accommodate our party. Then the couch bed pull out had dirty sheets left on it.
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with this hotel, and I would strongly caution others before booking.
Before making our reservation, we specifically confirmed both through Booking.com and by calling the hotel directly that we would be allowed to check in at age 19. We were clearly told this would not be an issue. However, when we arrived on the day of check-in, we were suddenly denied without warning. The front desk staff even implied this is a known issue, yet the hotel still fails to clearly communicate its actual check-in age policy anywhere.
Instead of attempting to resolve the situation, offering any form of accommodation, or acknowledging their own miscommunication, they immediately canceled our reservation on the spot. We were left scrambling with no place to stay—after traveling—because of their lack of transparency and accountability.
What’s even more frustrating is that we have since reached out via email to try to resolve this matter, and have received no response whatsoever. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Giving customers incorrect information and then refusing service upon arrival is unprofessional.
While I cannot speak on the facilities since we were never allowed to stay, our experience with the staff alone was enough to reflect very poorly on how this hotel operates. Based on this experience, I would not trust this hotel to handle reservations reliably or treat guests fairly.

The iron in the room didn’t work. I come from a generation of ironed clothes. So the iron needs to work.
