Beautiful historic house in central Firenze
Pros:

The location is excellent, walking distance to all the main attractions. Although it’s centrally located, very peaceful and quiet at nighttime. The staff are all excellent! Helped with tour and dinner bookings. Thank you Leonardo for all your help. Our room was cleaned and refreshed every day, breakfast was served in our room (a lovely treat). This is an historic house, with beautiful original features, 5* service and a warm cozy feeling.

A real luxury place , a home outside your home.
Pros:

Hospitality , very welcoming atmosphere and the staffs are great and so helpful . You really feel that every one is given the right attention and they are ready to take the extra step to help u . The location is perfect and the room I have got has a beautiful view at the Dior shop . Breakfast is very good .

Spectacular stay, we would definitely come again.
Pros:

This is our 3rd visit to this hotel we always come back.
The hotel is very cosy and has a warm hospitality.
The service is great.
We had a medical emergency and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast is delicious however, adding more dishes will make it more enjoyable.

Our visit was very memorable, we fell in love with Florence!
Pros:

Amazing service, staff are SO helpful and friendly and take amazing care of you. The hotel is so cozy and the location is literally a 5 minute walk from anywhere you might want to visit! Staff helped us with everything from regular requests to making reservations/arranging transportation, restaurant recommendations.

Cons:

Room service is only available for breakfast, wish they had room service all day or at least up until dinner time :)
