Pros:

Hotel komfortowy. Basen z podgrzewaną wodą i widokiem na góry. Leżaki wokół basenu. Pokój duży z klimatyzacją. Czajnik w pokoju , lodówka , codziennie uzupełniana woda. Codzienne sprzątanie. Ciepła woda całą dobę. Pyszne śniadania. Pan w recepcji bardzo miły i profesjonalny. Doskonała komunikacja w języku angielskim.

Excelente, volvería sin duda con mi familia.
Pros:

Excelente hotel para conocer la isla. La piscina con agua climatizada era maravillosa ya que hacía frío para una piscina normal pero después de los tour todas las tardes noches nos dábamos allí un relajante baño.
El desayuno tipo bufet estaba bien, te hacían huevos o Pho al momento y había fruta, yogures, tortitas y algunos platos orientales.
Lo mejor de todo la atención del señor Dan. Nos organizo y reservo todos los buses y transportes además de todos los tours sin pedir dinero por adelantado. Todo fue súper puntual y los tours y taxistas muy buenos, ademas al mismo precio o mejor que puedas conseguir por tu cuenta. Volveríamos a reservar todo de nuevo. Muchas gracias!

La habitación olía un poco a humedad pero es algo que pasa en muchos hoteles debido al clima de Vietnam.

Pros:

Bardzo dobry hotel w centralnej lokalizacji. Spory pokój z balkonem i widokiem na góry. Czystość bez zarzutu. Miły basen na ostatnim piętrze. Dobre śniadania. Przede wszystkim jednak Pan Manager: niezwykle życzliwy i profesjonalny. Udzielił wszelkich porad i załatwił wszystko, wliczając ekspresową naprawę podartej odzieży. Dziękuję. Świetnia proporcja ceny do jakości. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Une excellente surprise. L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres lumineuses et fonctionnelles, le petit déjeuner est un buffet sympa.le personnel très gentil et aux petits soins .

Cons:

La piscine sur le toit est chauffée à 35* un peu trop pour moi mais c’est un détail.

L'accueil et la sympathie du personne 🤩 Location de scooter organisation de croisière pour la baie d halong et de lan ha, vous pouvez demander des excursions à la journée ou de quelques heures avec les locaux (plus atypique que les croisieres) organisation également de vos transferts vers sapa hanoi et ninh bin. Laundry rapide. Les chambres sont propres la piscine est chauffée ce qui est un énorme plus vu le temps et les températures incertaines de la région. Le petit déjeuner est simple mais largement suffisant et bon ! Fruits yaourts œufs pain beurre confiture pancake. Nous recommandons virement cet hôtel pour la gentillesse du personnel et leur dévouement 🥰
