Pros:

Perfetto come base per fare i tour della baia! C’è l’ascensore, l’aria condizionata funzionava e anche l’acqua calda. Volendo c’è la piscina sul rooftop. Assomiglia ad un business hotel

The staff were amazing, so helpful and attentive. Great location, clean rooms, Netflix on TV. Very clean pool. Amazing cleaning service every day. Good breakfast. The staff and manager on reception couldnt do enough for us! They helped book trips and onwards transfers helping us to get the best price. 100% reccomend.

We recommend this lovely, quiet hotel, walking distance to everything!

Well, we loved Cat Ba, the boat trips we took (more than one from different companies), hiking, biking, restaurants AND we loved staying at the Cat Ba Wonder Hotel for a week. Quan and Dan manage the hotel and are an excellent team, overseeing it seems everything. They help travelers with bookings, suggestions, and aim to make your stay wonderful. They are the best.
Housekeeping is superb, our room was quiet, we had a balcony, bed comfortable, WiFi strong, laundry was done in one day. The hotel is easy walking distance to everything yet on a quiet side street.
When it gets busy during breakfast, it does get challenging for the capable man making the eggs-to-order in one small pan, but he handles it well and with a smile - perhaps the coffee could be hotter😀. But breakfast was fine, lots of fruit and we were satisfied.
We recommend this lovely hotel!

The location is central, around 5 minutes walking distance from the main street

The only thing to note was that the shutters let in a lot of light. But it wasn't a big deal
