IT'S OKAY, NOT AMAZING BUT I GUESS GOES WITH THE PRICE. ALL CLEAN AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. BATHROOM WAS TOO SMALL THOUGH.
THE STAFF DON'T SPEAK ENGLISH SO IT WAS HARD TO COMMUNICATE. THE BATHROOMS WERE NOT ENCLOSED SHOWERS OR BATHS SO IT WAS VERY MESSY.
Even after we were in direct contact with the hotel that we will check-in later because of a delayed transport to Halong and they told us that it is fine, we were told by the receptionist that our room was canceled just when we arrived there. He was not able to speak English and wasn't willing to give us a room even though they had rooms available.
