Hotel is really old, and bad smell from walls of the room, room wasn’t properly cleaned bathroom wasn’t clean really bad lights were broken etc….

Hotel is really old very bad smell from walls of the room, bed was smelling bathroom really smells bad no lift need to carry own lagauge to 1st floor no breakfast, wine and cigarette smell not at all preferred for family if possible kindly return my money

The property itself had cancelled the booking without informing us. We could only reach the property at 7pm. At that time only we came to know that our booking has cancelled. We had to arrange another stay at that time. This caused us extra effort and made chaos.

They refused to provide a room for me.

Nothing.worst hotels i ever visited

Cons:

One of the worst hotels i ever visited they refused to give me a room and demanded 750 more if i wanted to stay. they also denied the fact they are registered under oyo. They denied any ties with online booking. when i talked with customer care they said the rooms are full and said that i was lying. Even though i had a confirm booking they denied my stay. Remove this hotel from your site.

I will never recommend this hotel for a family stay.

There was no Breakfast .

Cons:

When I book the room 10 days before, it was shown very big Family Room the rate which I pay and when the time of check in, the room the give a very small single room. When I asked the manager about this. His answer was like this “. We are busy for the day. There is other walk-in guest ready pay more than my booking rate and We don't give you family room. If you need, you stay in this small single room or you can leave the hotel. Real very bad Service. I never expect a manager talk like this way. My whole vacation mood was spoiled because of this stay. I will never recommend this hotel for a family stay.
