The security guard was polite and helpful.
It's a sex hotel. They provide condoms in the room as well as lube. They offer rooms for hire by 6hr blocks. It's in a very unsafe feeling part of the city. The reception is behind mirrored glass so you can't see or hear anything she says. The bath in the room can't be filled unless you phone reception. There is no bath plug. The aircon must be activated by calling reception. Everytime you leave you must hand your key back in, and then deal with the faceless and voiceless receptionist. They don't leave the TV remotes in the room, and they're covered in plastic which makes you wonder what fluids get spilt over them.
If you want a hotel to book for a few hours of sex, this is for you. If you want a hotel for any other purpose, look elsewhere.

I hate to give negative reviews, but there's not much good i can say. Parking was the only good part about this hotel.
From checking in.. not being able to see or hardly hear the front desk clerk behind the darken, bulletproof glass. The room was not thoroughly cleaned. A huge roach escape as soon as I open the door to my room. The air conditioner did not blow cold air. I was not informed, I had to ask them to turn the water on for the tube. The emergency exit door was loud and kept waking me up throughout the night. I only got a couple of hours of sleep.. the rooster outside contributed to that as well. Nothing to do in the area. I requested to cancel the rest of my stay... I'm still trying to inform booking.com customer service so I can get a refund. Might be a lost.
The room was clean.
The staff were playing loud music all night. The room smelled like cigarettes. I was called at 2 am for a wake up call I did not order.
